Reviews for WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo

Not to be confused with the Toranga Zoo which is Sydney's larger official zoo. The Wild Life zoo appears to be designed to create a convenient opportunity for folks/tourists to see Australian animals up close without having to leave Darling Harbour. I appreciate that it exists within a few feet of many hotels. Although small, it delivers a great educational experience with caring and knowledgeable staff. There is an outdoor cafe and indoor seating area which is air conditioned. They offer photos with a koala ($35). We bought tickets in advance. They offer bundle packages with the aquarium and other attractions which are more cost effective than buying single tickets.

A great place to explore wildlife without leaving the city! WILD LIFE Sydney is conveniently located within walking distance at Darling Harbour, where you’ll also find plenty of attractions and restaurants. It’s not a large zoo, but in about 30–45 minutes, you can walk through and see all the iconic Australian native animals in their habitats. There are also feeding sessions and small presentations that share interesting information about the animals. It is also kids friendly.

What a great place to take the family on a rainy day! It was not too busy at the 10 am opening on a Saturday, although I am guessing that it got busier as the day went on. So cool to see and learn about Australian wildlife featured in this Zoo. The animals seem very well cared for.

Had an amazing experience at *WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo*! The zoo is well-organized and offers a variety of native Australian animals in beautiful, naturalistic enclosures. It's a great place for both families and animal lovers. The highlights for me were the kangaroos and koalas, which you can get really close to! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sydney.

The wildlife sydney zoo is a great little spot to escape from the hustle bustle of the city. Through it is not a full fledged zoo, they make use of the space wisely. The highlights are definitely the crocodiles, the koalas and the Kangaroos. The wombats and the snakes were great too. Good place to bring the kids.
