Reviews for Atura Albury

Being familiar with the Atura brand in Sydney, I was a little disappointed with Atura Albury. The hotel is in a great location. It’s within easy walking distance of many of the town’s best cafes and restaurants. However, it’s looking a bit worn around the edges, and cleanliness could be improved by addressing stained carpets, dirty vents and dusty fixtures. At the price point, over $200 per room per night, I think it’s reasonable to expect a well-presented property. The room itself was a good size, with a big bed, sheets that were crisp, clean and white and decent pillows. It was nice to have a window that actually opened for fresh air, even on the fifth floor. The view from room gave me a nice view of sunrise. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The pool was small but attractively presented. I chose to dine off-site.

We stayed at the Atura Albury recently on our way home from Sydney and could not fault this great little hotel or the welcoming staff. Spacious rooms with all necessary facilities, a comfortable bed and quiet room on the first floor. Clean, tidy and a great place for a stop over we will definitely be back.

Hotel is in a great location meaning your on the doorstep of Alburys restaurants etc. The staff were lovely and chatty BUT the hotel is a little worn around the edges. Everything was clean which was great and our room was a good size with a big bed. Note the car park is unsecured.

Atura Albury is a true standout in the regional hotel scene, deserving of every one of its five stars. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere that immediately sets it apart. The design is sleek and stylish, with a playful edge that makes it feel both modern and welcoming. The rooms are exceptionally well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The beds are plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the thoughtful amenities cater to every need. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked minibar. What truly elevates the Atura Albury experience is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make your stay memorable. They go above and beyond to anticipate your needs, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring every aspect of your stay is seamless. The food and beverage offerings are equally impressive. The restaurant and bar create a lively and inviting atmosphere, serving up delicious meals and expertly crafted cocktails. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the menu offers a diverse range of options to suit all tastes. The location is also ideal, providing easy access to Albury's attractions and amenities. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Atura Albury offers a convenient and stylish base. In short, Atura Albury delivers an exceptional hotel experience that exceeds expectations. The combination of stylish design, impeccable service, and outstanding amenities makes it a truly five-star destination. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in Albury.

Definitely a good location and the rooms are fine but it's not a 4 star hotel so I don't know where they're getting that from. It's all getting a bit rough. View from our room was just the unsecured car park. I had to call 3 times before anyone would answer at the 24 reception because the early check in wouldn't work. Honestly all totally fine but not $294 a night.
