Family suite was large and clean. Checked in on line easy to do. Smith bar has limited choice of meals and very expensive. Easy walk from international terminal. Need to take the free airport bus to get to domestic terminal. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were sound proof. Definitely would stay again

Great hotel, stayed overnight to catch early International flight. The T1 terminal is just across the road so super convenient. We also flew in from WA on a domestic flight and caught the free airport shuttle which drops you off at T1. Arrived after 10pm and the restaurant and bar was open until 11pm which was convenient. Great staff and food came out quickly. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and large rain head shower. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Decent hotel opposite the terminal building at Sydney Airport. Girl on check in desks obviously told to sell upgrades etc as she tried several times to get us to upgrade. Rooms ok, bathroom area layout a little weird. The toilet cubicle resembles a prison (although I have never been in a prison!) and is the only part of the bathroom that has a door. The frosted glass shower door opens into the main room area near the basin, all open to the bedroom area. Just poorly laid out in my mind. Why not just have one door into that whole 'bathroom' and then the toilet does not need a door and may feel less oppressive.

Best airport hotel experience! The hotel is just across the street from the International terminal. We took the bus from T3 to T1 (international terminal). Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very clean. Bar food was good. Staff were friendly.

Rooms and location are great for an early international flight. The bathrooms and beds —2 of the most important things when traveling - were brilliant. The night I arrived they did not have enough check-in staff: probably a poor management decision. Recommend.
