We took this cruise for the vivid lights, as we thought seeing it from the water would make a nice change. It was the best decision and one of the best trips ever. The crew were brilliant, informative and very attentive. The boat was great and not packed, so there was plenty of room to move around without squeezing past others. Sydney Event Cruises also gave us the opportunity to stay on the boat and watch the next show, which happened to have been the Drone Show. I’m so glad we stayed on, as we would have missed one of the best shows. Can’t thank Sydney Event Cruises enough for giving us a very memorable evening. We will see you again for another trip soon.

I have been with Last vivid drone show 2023 cruise and it doesn’t worth a penny. Vessel was in a run through out the drone show. There was enough seat for on boarded people. I couldn’t see the show at all, the same experience I could have got it from crowd in the land. I would definitely regret for this worst experience though out my lifetime. I won’t be with this cruise again my life. 100 dollars to waste 2 hours of your time, think before choose…

This boat is not suitable for fireworks viewing, I am mentioning this explicitly for the benefit of others. The open space in the boat is disappointingly small. The driver of the boat did a smart thing by keeping the boat revolving for the 9pm fireworks and we hoped that this would mitigate the cover issue for the 12pm fireworks, but he was nailed by the maritime cops thrice for violating some regulations and closer to midnight he was quite far away from the harbour bridge. By the time he could get closer to the bridge he couldn't find a good spot and the passengers on board where running helter skelter for getting a good view of the fireworks. Adding to this he was revolving the boat in random directions at the exact moments. Very sad. The food was horrible, the drinks were ok, but the pouring brands of Gin and Vodka were some cheap brands. The onboard staff were good. Overall, I feel this could be priced lower because, we felt we did not get our money's worth.

Australia Day 2023 Not a great experience. Organisers sell a volume of tickets however not enough seating to accommodate all tickets buyers. Especially if you are over 25 years of age. No tables to place lunch provided in price. Very hard to consume food on boat with choppy waters. Of course any fluid beyond serve yours min cups of water cost a minimum $18 per glass. Vessel did not have much deck space to enjoy the activity on Sydney Harbour and thank you to Clover Moore and her mad hatter cronies no ferrython to follow restricted area for harbour cruises and private spectators only thing resembling Australia day one lone Australian flag attached to a helicopter flying over the restricted area. $250 hard earned wasted on what I could have got on a return ferry ride to Manly. Thankfully we can recall the most memorable days when beautiful Sydney Harbour glistened under the hot Australian sun celebrating and being proud to display their alegiance to this fantastic country that offers everyone a safe and prospective future. Had a great time on the 2 hour vivid cruise. Very lively and vibrant staff, happily bringing hot canapes to us while we enjoy the view. The DJ and dance floor are also a great add-on. The cruise had two levels and options to sit/stand at front and back. Well maintained and worth the price.
