Very nice restuarant located in the Star Casino with nice dim lighting perfect for a date. Food on point but not exceptional. Can't really fault and the house made bread was a winner !

Had dinner here prior to a show we are seeing in the Lyric Theatre. Situated inside the Star building, it is easy to locate and convenient to dine in whether you're visiting the casino or the theatre. Pros: -Food was cooked well and presented nicely -Nice overall restaurant atmosphere -incredible views of the harbour when sitting on the window side Cons: -food and drinks are on the high price range -our mains were served too quickly after the entree; we ate our entree within 10 minutes after being served, then the wait staff came to clear the table to serve the mains. the gap between the two is 5 minutes. This has made us too full to consider dessert. -the service is okay; our wait staff is not rude but also not friendly. Overall it was a pleasant experience but will probably be not our first choice of dining when in the area.

I have come here in anticipation for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately i have been deflated in my anticipation. The food falls short in flavour, portion and imagination. The best part of this menu is the in house bread and chips. Atmosphere is good and the staff are polite. But this resturant doesnt deserve the prestige it facades. Look elsewhere if you want something special in Sydney.

Average, not bad but certainly had much better for the price. Didn’t bring out any bread until we asked for it, slow refills on drinks, and took about half an hour to bring us our bill 🫤 Food good, but not great. Chips very poor. Spammer crab okay, couldn’t really taste the crab sadly, but the fried potato with it wasn’t that nice. The raw fish was good! Moreton bay bug was alright but very salty & rich and not a very “balanced” taste.
