We had a great time on Cadman Cruises (on NYE). Simon, the owner, was especially kind and accommodating to ensure we had a great time. There was mix-up with our reserved table and Simon insisted that it was resolved immediately (and it was). We enjoyed the facilities of the boat - the food and bar as well as the viewing deck where we had reserved a table. We had a perfect view of NYE fireworks show!

Way too many people on board. We booked seating area and none available. Top deck had in excess of 200people on it and when questioned staff replied that it can easily cater for 100 people on top deck. Toilets for the women had a constant queue of over 20 people and the men’s were blocked most of the time. The security were very unprofessional and very badly organised! Two guys were behaving inappropriately towards women which ended in an altercation to which I can not comment as police are involved. Definitely would not recommend using Cadman cruises!

The security was very poorly managed, disrespectful, aggressive without reason, and physically intimidating. The upper deck was not accessible to everyone, despite there being enough space. It was the worst boat party I've ever attended. It's a shame that the evening turned out so poorly.

Awesome facilities - really is a floating nightclub. Welcoming and friendly staff; good banter at the bar. Irremediably let down by the Fortress Security staff, who are the least professional any of us had come across in Sydney. Rude, aggressive, immature, and ineffective. Incapable of the most basic crowd control & communication needs. Cadman needs to stop cutting corners on security & engage an experienced provider.
