Our family stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. Rooms are adequately appointed and the hotel generally has the vibe of somewhere much more exclusive and equatorial. I would like to make special mention of the hospitality provided by the staff - there were some unique family oriented touches. Well done Sails - you have a good, all hands on deck team.

Really great spot to stay. Lovely pool nice spacious rooms. Unfortunately they charge for parking which seems ridiculous given the amount of free parking nearby. The restaurant in the evening wasn't great, staff hit & miss. If you like peace and quiet don't book a room overlooking the pool. I recommend the garden view rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Beware they have now started charging $15 per day for parking in their parking area that used to be free. What an absolute joke. Make it free or cheaper for hotel guests. Great cost saving initiative, Corporate! Or whoever thought this one up.

First time staying at this hotel for 2 nights and I have to say it’s has not be a pleasant experience for us. We checked in and the hotel and room looked normal. When we tried to take a shower the towel smells mouldy. The phone in the room wasn’t working so i had to walk to the reception to complaint about the smell of the towel. They replaced it straight away for me. After a long day driving we wanted to get some rest and the air-conditioner in the room was not working. At 3am I was woken up by the heat and had to walk again to the reception to complaint again which they said to reset the Aircond power for me. The Aircond still struggle to produce any form of cold air and after about an hour, it just died completely. We have to put up with the stuffy air inside the room and continue to try and get some rest and only just managed to do so when the restaurant outside decided to play really loud music outside at 7:15am and the speaker was right outside our room but you can hear it as if it was playing right next to your ears. I again had to walk to the reception to request them to turn the music down and they wouldn’t do so until someone else from another room came down to complaint about the same thing. The room is not really sound proof and even when your next door guest is using the bathroom and washing their face or hand, you can hear them. I paid $420 per night for the room just to try to get some rest so I can continue our road trip, but seems like this hotel was just a completely waste of money for it. Couldn’t sleep, noisy, hot and frustrated….. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here if you want a good night rest. Sleeping at the park might be a better option because at least the air is fresh, and no loud music in the morning to wake you up and at least it’s free….. I hope Rydges’ management can read this review and try to improve because you are definitely turning your customers away by providing us with such lousy rooms and services.

Nice cozy accommodation with decent facilities on site. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was reasonably priced and had decent amount of veg options. This place missing massage facilities on site hence gave it only 4 stars everything else was very good.
