Conveniently located less than 20 minutes by bus from CBD , very accessible. The hotel is nice and exceptionally facilities highly recommended! We truly enjoyed our short holiday, planned last minute for New Year 2025.

Excellent location, reasonable price. The garden, barbecue and pool areas are really pleasant. The rooms and bathroons are a little tired. Great neighbourhood with easy access by bus or tram to the city and beaches.

Stayed here 3 times this year and liked it twice but very disappointed this last time. I paid for a city view room.more expensive but great view. This time they charged me the higher rate and gave me a room with a wall view. I complained in writing about the dishonesty and got a reply that was full of weasel words and excuse making and pictures from the balcony...I didn't book a balcony view, I booked a city view room. No offer to reimburse for being ripped off. Beware of false advertising at this place. See the pics.

Very tired and dated, this hotel is like a step back in time to to early 90's. The room I stayed in desperately needs refurbishment. I understand the lifts are being replaced, better late than never I guess. The pool is also out of order which is disappointing.

Absolutely terrible place to stay, old, tired, outdated, dirty, housekeeping didn't even clean the bathroom or toilet for several days, foxtel broken and staff didn't know how to fix it- didn't bother returning- also hardly understood any English. Understand they are doing some form of renovations but even the lifts are missing numbers, getting stuck etc. The only good part was that the location is close to some really good food places, otherwise I'd recommend staying anywhere else.
