I only stayed for 1 night, but I had a pleasant experience. The staff on both morning and evening shifts were very hospitable and friendly and assisted me with everything I needed. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable which was the most important thing for me. My only complaint was that the bathroom felt a bit antiquated and some of the amenities were difficult to use, but it didn't bother me too much. The room was clean when I checked in and there was a pleasant ambience to the room. The view was also very nice. Overall I had a great experience and I would stay again.

We booked for three nights for 3 people with our daughter sleeping on the foldout couch. We arrived at 8pm to a very hot room with no linen for the fold out couch or enough towels. Air conditioning in the room was very difficult to operate ended up getting the staff to fix it when they were making up the sofa. Our room keys stopped working on the second day. There was no power to our room on the last night and had to wait for staff to finish their break to come and fix it. When we went to check out they tried to charge me for four days of breakfast when we only had two and I had already paid for one of the two mornings

We were so disappointed with everything service cleanliness etc.. this place is very old the bathrooms are very unsafe to use,water goes everywhere when having a shower putting u at risk of slipping,bed sheets in one of the rooms we used were not clean. They should have at least provided the rooms with water bottles as other hotels do. Things for the previous visitors were left in the fridge ,the Ac in the other room was not working properly and barely any cool air came out of it. This place needs lots of maintenance and modifications.

I expected it to be bad based on reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. Stayed for one night on a Saturday in October 2024, the room was huge, everything was clean, parking was easy, the 3 staff members I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. All in all a nice stay, would definitely stay again. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the restaurant was closed, when I asked what time it opened for dinner was told it only opens Monday to Thursday for dinner which shocked me as Friday and Saturday are huge for the hospitality industry (I'm a chef), wasn't a deal breaker as they do offer room service, though very limited, I would recommend a few more items added such as drinks, main meals and fresh sandwiches. You can also order menulog and such, there is a basic kitchen in the room so you can cook and there are plenty of places to eat close by within walking distance. Spa bath was a lovely cherry on top as well and bed was very comfortable.

We had a couple of small issues with the room, but one of the staff Ming was very helpful and moved us to another room, he was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, Aircon was on advance so room cooled down etc.
