I expected it to be bad based on reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. Stayed for one night on a Saturday in October 2024, the room was huge, everything was clean, parking was easy, the 3 staff members I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. All in all a nice stay, would definitely stay again. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the restaurant was closed, when I asked what time it opened for dinner was told it only opens Monday to Thursday for dinner which shocked me as Friday and Saturday are huge for the hospitality industry (I'm a chef), wasn't a deal breaker as they do offer room service, though very limited, I would recommend a few more items added such as drinks, main meals and fresh sandwiches. You can also order menulog and such, there is a basic kitchen in the room so you can cook and there are plenty of places to eat close by within walking distance. Spa bath was a lovely cherry on top as well and bed was very comfortable.

Huge room and very clean. We have had the best experience here and the staff can’t do enough for you. The restaurant has a good menu and the steak especially is so good. 😊. Very convenient for shopping as it is very close to a huge shopping centre. We will stay again when in Sydney for sure.

Where to begin with the problems I had on my recent overnight stay! Staff were rude and unhelpful. Sofabed didn't work. There's no cooling in the rooms only heating was so uncomfortable. Buffet breakfast was awful. The coffee I paid for was even worse, ordered them before we got breakfast was still waiting for them after we had finished breakfast and when they did arrive we couldn't drink them burnt awful and boiling hot! I spoke up about these issues to give the staff a chance to fix them, they didn't care or want to make an effort.

Paid an exorbitant price for three adults. The sofa bed wasn’t made up or linen provided. The trainee front of house made the bed on our request but admitted he had no idea how to make it. And it showed. Later discovered we didn’t have a third set of towels. Good thing one of our party had bathed before travelling because it was too much effort to contact the supposed 24 hour reception again. Also one lift was out of service and the buttons and card readers for the others were held together with masking tape which is not a good look, raises concerns about being stranded in a damaged lift, and frankly looks like an electrical hazard. Room quality and cleanliness plus location raised the rating despite the negative experience of the public spaces and missing third person accommodation.

Room smells musty. Air con doesn’t cool room so need to open windows. When aircon is on it’s very noisy. Check the fine print as they only do housekeeping weekly! Bed uncomfortable and mattress old and well worn. Staff not that helpful. Food ok but nothing great. Wouldn’t recommend.
