From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. **Room:** My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. **Dining:** The food was amazing! The staff at the restaurant were also very attentive and friendly, adding to the overall great experience. **Service:** The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear that the team here is committed to providing an excellent guest experience. **Facilities:** The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. Everything was well-maintained and added to the luxurious feel of the stay. **Overall:** I had an amazing experience at Novotel Sydney. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for amazing vibe, luxurious, comfortable, convenient and stay in Sydney. I can’t wait to return!

We caught the bus to Sydney airport the night before our flight as we had to leave mid morning. The walk from the drop off to the hotel was reasonably simple (follow the blue bridge out of the carpark and along until the hotel). I realised later that we could have been picked up by the bus as well ($12 per person during our stay). We did use the bus to get back to the airport the next day and it was very quick and easy. The room itself was very nice, a decent size and very comfortable beds. Food options were reasonable if on the pricy side (as expected when staying near an airport).

I arrived from a long delay trip last night but look like this room cleaning people they started cleaning from 9am and not allow you to rest or they don’t care about be noisy the house keeping department , supposed to wait after 11 am for that . I been travel for 20 years around the world and this was the worst experience because the start early clean room around you . Bouncing plates , hitting walls , from all side of the room , vacuum cleaning, and employees talking in the lobby near your door room louder 😣. The only good thing you dont need alarm for wake up because they will be making noise early in the morning if you have a flight before 10am . The hotel Lobby and reception, rest and bar look nice and the room is super nice , A/C was not working but … . Only reason for 3 stars if not i will give 5 .

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff helpful. The rooms were nice but bathroom a bit tired looking. A great hotel situated for an overnight stay to catch a flight then next morning. The shuttle to and from the hotel was easy to catch and well priced. We thought the meals were a bit expensive, the portions on the small size and the menu didn’t have much variety but the food was nice.

The hotel is in a great location and was convenient after an overseas flight. Was looking forward to dinner but that was a mad rush as last orders had to be in by 8.45pm (on a Saturday night?). There was not a lot of options - all heavy meat dishes so we opted to go next door to the bar and have something lighter. Unfortunately, the guy singing in there was awful and so loud we decided to go to our room and have room service. Love the touch of live music but it was over the top for such a small venue.
