Great hotel with super-friendly, professional staff. Very happy to be staying here for our 4 week stint in Sydney. And a big thank you to the breakfast team (Samantha etc) for their tireless effort in keeping everyone happy.

Our family stayed in July 2025 for our 27th anniversary, occupying 2 deluxe rooms. From our arrival to departure the front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. The assistant manager Lucas was very helpful and sorted out any queries we had and made our anniversary special. He makes you feel like a guest in his own house. The Chef also took pride in his work, telling me how he chooses the fresh fruit. The gym has modern equipment plus a great view. The deluxe rooms were very spacious and amazing views of Sydney harbour. The bathroom was clean, spacious and had a spa bath with shower, while the other room had 2 showers. You will find it very hard to get a more spacious room. Since reopening, the Accor group have really improved the look and hospitality of the hotel. We look forward to returning soon.

I had a great stay at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but they’re very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Circular Quay, The Rocks, and the Botanic Gardens, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and even a Woolworths right nearby. What really stood out was the service. Gus at the front desk checked me in and was fantastic. I had just come off several flights and was exhausted, and he kindly arranged an early check-in so I could rest straight away. He was genuinely friendly, took an interest in my trip, and even gave me some great recommendations for things to do around Sydney. That extra care really made me feel welcome. Overall, the team left a very positive impression, and I’d happily stay here again.

This is the hotel that flight attendants and pilots often come to stay so I assumed that it must have reached a certain standard. Outside it looks like a very big old hotel but inside the facilities are new. This was the cheapest hotel I could find that located not in the CBD but near CBD. There was a bus stop nearby but it was better to take a 10-minute-walk to the center (Town Hall) other than waiting 15 minutes for the bus 🙈 We were welcome with a set of fruits and a box of milk in the fridge placing in the room. The room was spacious and the service was great comparing to the price. They even helped us to extend checkout time till 12pm for free and offered us a free shower on gym floor if we had checkout. Overall it was nice and cheap staying here. Remember to book 2-3 months in advance to have this price
