We had the absolute best stay at the Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. It was such a reasonable price for such a gorgeous hotel! The room was so large and comfortable. Complimentary chocolate popcorn, continental breakfast, and bike rentals were a pleasant surprise. The nearby beaches were beautiful— this place is truly an oasis within the city! I cannot recommend staying here enough!

We had the best stay over the weekend for my friend's hens. The staff were consistently supportive and proactive throughout the booking process, including booking us down at the beach club for dinner, left our bride a welcome card and gift congratulating her, and were very accomodating in creating extra keys so our party of 11 could all have room keys. The loft rooms are stunning and the views of the Harbour from the rooms balcony were incredible to wake up to. On a smaller, but important, note the water pressure in the showers was really good!

Dined yesterday for a joint celebration dinner. Arrived, and no explanation on how to order food and drinks, no QR code on the table, had to walk up and down the stairs for 11 people to get drinks. When it had got to food time, they brought the food, no extra plates for sharing dishes and we ourselves had to take the finished plates down stairs for starters and mains. If you have any questions about the menu, best of luck getting a waiter/ waitress to come around and give you an explanation. For such a nice venue, unfortunately everything about the service was wrong yesterday. I spoke with the manager, I gave the same feedback as doing here. He was apologetic for the service but mentioned “waiting tables is not our business module”?? I mean, if I need to remove 11 plates and glasses from our table, I’ll just eat at home. To finish it off, there was a Gentleman behind the bar with a goatee taking orders. I asked for 8 espresso martini’s and one regular martini. His response was “Don’t do regular martinis” … no alternative, no suggestion for anything else that would be similar, just a straight no. So I cancelled the order, settled our tab and left. I hate to be the guy doing these reviews but I felt it was so far from good, that I would strongly discourage anyone dining here.

We stayed 2 nights at this Hotel. We had a family of 10 people in total, 3 of which are children. Staff from the booking through to when we checked out were absolutely outstanding. We were greeted with friendly warm smiles every time we saw any of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We didn't know that breakfast was included with our stay, but this was just so fantastic too. It was so lovely to sit around large tables as a family and enjoy a lovely breakfast with the family. I can not rate this Hotel higher for the warm friendly staff. It really made our stay just so perfect. The rooms we had were also perfect. And the View well that speaks for itself AMAZING. We had a perfect two night stay at the Watsons Bay Hotel, we were checked in by two lovely young men who were extremely welcoming. Our room was spacious and a delight with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is perfectly located with some beautiful walks around the headland, the ferry is on your doorstep if you need it and the food and bar is easily accessible. Free parking on site I could go on and on about the place it was a wonderful short stay. We will never stay in the city again Watsons Bay Hotel is the place to stay.
