It is amazing when you visit a coworking space and the team makes you feel welcome as if they know you from a very long time. A very productive day with a variety of activities, from eating at the Cafe, using the relaxing room fro reading, chilling at the lounge, and enjoying a distraction free day. The team is very supportive and always ready to listen to any suggestion. It is definitely my go to place for meetings and one-on-one sessions. I am editing my review to add some interesting information: Coffee and tea are included in the membership packages. Complementary Friday drinks, cheese and pizza as per the photos every fortnight. Thursday breakfasts every other fortnight. This place is the perfect place to be for business the luxurious way.

Beautiful building, thoughtfully crafted office layout, and lovely staff. There's a real emphasis on balancing wellbeing with work in everything about Hub, from the cafe, to the greenery that's so well looked after, to the small gym, relaxation rooms, the regular community events, and if you ever need an escape there's always the library downstairs or a walk along the Quay. What a privilege to work on my own inconsequential endeavours in an architectural landmark that has played such an important role in Sydney and Australia's trade and commerce history.

The quality of coffee, atmosphere and the wonderful human beings that staff the Hub at Customs House made going into the workplace enjoyable. Everyone is so naturally welcoming and helpful. Often the staff would stop and chat, showing genuine interest in how you are. It is places like the Hub and their authentic staff that make the stressful days easier to get through. Oh and there's always the sound proof booths you can use to either belt out a scream or a ballad, depending on your stress management strategies, and no one will be bothered by you. Highly recommend it.
