The Phillip Hunter Room is an excellent choice, as it provides plenty of space for dancing, cocktail hour, and dining. The room also has a pre-function area and a smaller breakout room that would be perfect for the bride to use on her big day! Although the room's décor is fairly simple, it can be easily transformed with some white tablecloths, satin sashes, and vibrant flowers. Additionally, the Phillip/Hunter Room is versatile in that it can be split into two individual function rooms or used to provide additional space for larger breakout groups. Stayed here for a work trip. Excellent service, in room dining was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A beautiful experience at the high tea afternoon on offer at the hotel. We wanted to celebrate a special occasion and were very happy with the selection of sweet and savoury delights. The staff were very attentive the area was very private. We will definitely be coming back!!

Buyer beware - these are views from a so called Superior corner room - 203. Dated decor and ageing carpet. Only told about hotel renos when we got here. On the upside breakfast is good and it's close to the action.

Visiting Parkroyal Paramatta was an average experience. I came here for a work conference. It wasn't the best venue, but it wasn't bad either. The conference area was spacious, and the tables we adequately equipped for the purpose with the standard water, lollies, and note-taking paper. Throughout the day, however, people got up and moved tables, but water glasses were not removed and replaced with clean ones. We were not told this would be the case from the beginning of the conference, so by the afternoon, we had to go searching for clean glasses. Another downside to the venue was that it was so cold. The air-conditioning was turned up so high that we found it hard to concentrate on what was being presented. Staff were asked numerous times about this and if it could be turned down, but unfortunately, it was not. The carpet was also quite old with some bad stains. Morning tea and lunch were provided, and there was a drink station set up just outside the rooms where you could help yourself to tea, coffee, apple and orange juice. Pastry was on offer for morning tea. They were quite nice. A hot lunch was available. It was average. I found the desserts to be too overly sweet. There was also fresh, whole piecs of fruit, but it wasn't the best quality. Some of it was quite bruised and soft. The location of the hotel is good. It is well serviced by public transport and there are many places to eat nearby. The Paramatta River is also very close.

Up for a course in Sydney on work booked me in . Taylor at the front desk very helpful when booking me in. Explained how it work. Room was very nice and comfortable very modern. Could not hear any noises from room either side. Dinner in the restaurant amazing good choices. Steve was very helpful. Same place for breakfast in the morning huge variety. Front of house staff always friendly. Thanks for having me. I will be back
