I had a fantastic experience at this cocktail bar! The food was delicious, and the cocktails were absolutely amazing—each one was crafted perfectly. The staff were not only helpful but also super friendly, even taking the time to snap some great pictures for us. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, making it the perfect spot for a night out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were a walk in- once seated waited 45 minutes for bread and olives (no cooking required) the girl who took the order interacted like she’d rather be anywhere else than here. Incredibly slow service even whilst waiting at the bar for the table to become ready. $14 for tiny portion luke warm flaccid chips . (Will attached photo) . The same server who hadn’t wanted to take our starters order tried to remove a plate whilst I was still clearly eating from it. The steak was great - after 90 mins you’d hope so - crab linguine had 3 pieces of crab tasted like thousand island dressing from coles plus Guzman hot sauce. View is lovely which is lucky because of how the whole situation played out. Food is nice in patches and if you have hours free I guess do it.... otherwise steer well clear. I’ve noticed on other reviews that voice concerns the owner discredits the customers experiences. In this case even one of the nice staff did apologise for how the night had turned out.

Came here purely for the drinks. It's definitely pricey if you have more than 1 but it's worth it! The views are amazing. The bar is gorgeous. The service was so attentive and the cocktails were something else. If I didn't have a flight to catch I would have spent more money. I'll definitely be going back when I'm in Sydney next. This place makes you feel fancy.

Bottomless brunch at Hacienda ! What a view. This was my first time having the bottomless brunch and the food was plentiful for a group of 4 but definitely could’ve done better with the spread and variety of foods. Chips and guac and free flowing margaritas were nice. Recommend for drinks and a view only.

I saw Hacienda on instagram a couple of times and knew I had to have a drink there on my most recent trip to Sydney. The venue itself has great atmosphere, great drinks and yummy snacks. The service however is downright deplorable. I was told I’d be brought a menu and then sat unattended for 15 minutes until I went and made the order myself at the bar. Would have been nice if someone brought us some water too. When you’re paying $19 for fries you expect to be waited on with a smile. It doesn’t have the greatest views of the actual bridge when compared to other nearby bars but the slightly obscured vantage point is still enjoyable. Probably wouldn’t come back here until they hire a few more staff!
