Beautiful location with views over Circular Quay all the way to the Harbour Bridge and Luna Park. Came in at around 7:15pm on a Tuesday. Had previously called up to book however, it appeared that the booking didn't get properly recorded down (person who answered phone didn't speak English very well so not particularly surprising). Thankfully it was relatively quiet so staff happily let us in and let us sit wherever we liked. We ordered a lychee hibiscus martini and Hyde Share Platter which came with 4 arancini balls, 2 sliders, 2 tuna taco and 2 crispy pork bao. Cocktail was about what you'd expect, nothing special. Food was all nice but not enough to fill you up (expected this). We then ordered a Beef Burger which for the price was great (especially with Accor discount). Overall, was an excellent experience with a nice view in a good location. Food was all good and no complaints about drinks. Would recommend and plan on coming back!

Really lovely place, great views, decent selection of wine, cocktails and nibbles. The only negative is the unpredictable hours. Staff shut up early when it’s not very busy, even on a weekend night. We love popping in after a show at the Opera House but by 10;30 it’s hit or miss as to whether it will be open. When questioned, Reception staff don’t seem to know the opening hours so maybe it’s a franchise. But my assumption is bar staff are still being paid for the full night, it’s just potential customers being short changed. If lucky enough to gain entry, staff are pleasant and service is generally pretty good. Update following response from manger: thanks, could you ensure your staff understand the hours? We’ve been told the bar was closed twice on weekends, when it should have been open. Thanks

Lovely atmosphere overlooking circular quay area. Ordered two cocktails which were very tasty as well as the salt & pepper calamari and sweet and potato fries. Despite it being a Saturday night, it wasn’t too busy and they had a DJ playing music.

Absolutely Incredible Venue! We arrived on the ground floor and started walking up the stairs towards Hyde Hacienda, when a lovely young man called Alex found us and kindly escorted us to our table. He was genuinely sweet and friendly, and welcomed us to the beautiful setting that was prepared for my Bachelorette Party. Alex swiftly asked us if we would like some drinks as it was a warm afternoon and poured a glass for each of us. We had some quick photos taken in the venue, making the most of the space before it filled up with guests. Both Noah and Alex were truly accommodating, and helped us with the photos, along with assisting us when we needed to move to a different backdrop. After photos, Noah and Alex were helped the girls move back to our seating and the food swiftly arrived. They were highly attentive, very chatty, friendly and charismatic with our entire group. The food was decedent and delicious, with the Corn Riblets being the winner of the day. Everyone was so excited to dig in, and the boys were lovely to help us smash the cauliflower at the table. Our hosts were so unbelievably accommodating and there was no task too small or large. The drinks were perfectly made and well balanced, which was very much appreciated by the entire party. My event organiser had a wonderful experience managing logistics with our hosts Alex and Noah. From the moment we entered the venue, we were shown the highest level of care, compassion and genuine conversation from Alex and Noah. Everyone loved the food and drinks, and were blown away by the view. Our hosting team made this experience one of the very best 6 Star Service experiences my party of 10 had ever had and there was not a single thing we could fault. From the food, drinks, atmosphere and ambiance Hyde Hacienda has truly elevated itself to God Tier in its category of Sydney’s hospitality offerings. I cannot sing higher praises for the wonderful afternoon of we had, and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit truly memorable. I can’t wait to visit again!

Went here of a girlfriend's hens. The place itself was a little bit hard to find however, when you walk in the interior is really pretty. We had 16 girls but were seated on the other side of the bar. At first the tables and seating arrangement were a little bit uncomfortable but they managed to bring us another round table to fit all of us comfortably. The cocktails were delicious and we were surprised by their warhead shots! Those were delicious!! However, the food were average. It wasn't wow. Great place to head out with the girls for some delicious cocktails though!
