Leisure. Great service in restaurants. Excellent. Beds comfy. As a platinum member got an upgrade. Order food from bar/restaurant and as we were sitting down had some water placed on table as well as share plates for the food we ordered, awesome. Having coffee brought to you in morning at buffet breakfast excellent. Not having to ask was great. Nothing being a problem was great. Everyone happy in jobs.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was nicely decorated and quiet especially considering it’s central location in the city. Our view of Hyde Park was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Our complaints are small but not easily fixed - the car park was very steep and difficult to navigate on a 400kg motorcycle, the lighting in the room made applying makeup very difficult and the buffet breakfast was underwhelming considering the prestige of the hotel. None of these issues would stop me staying again.

My second stay. The Pullman is a choice for its central location. Decent parking facilities- without that, deal breaker. And its nicely appointed rooms. I was thrilled I got a triangular bath tub, which I definitely used. The only thing that kept me from giving it a perfect 10, was the short shower curtain that didn’t wrap completely around. Therefore both edges became a wet mess outside the bathtub during showers. My suggestion to the staff, you need to get the correct length shower curtains that adequately wrap around the bathtub.

Had stayed here during COVID entry quarantine and it was a good experience so decided to see what it was like on a recent stopover in Sydney. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. They made me feel like a valued guest (better than some Hilton properties where I am a lifetime diamond in that program). Ordered room service and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the temperature was perfect and the food was tasty. Was able to explore the hotel and the lobby is nice and the upstairs gym, pool, and jacuzzi provide a good rooftop view of Sydney. Location is good - a little away from the CBD crunch but it is just across Hyde Park. My room was on the Potts Point side and that provided a nice view. Will return on future stopovers through Sydney.

Excellent customer service! The hotel was in a great location with a beautiful interior. It was only a few minutes walk from Museum station so very easy to get around. The bed was okay and the room was very clean. Some old and worn fixtures like light switches popping out and cracked tiles took away from luxury experience but overall we were happy with the room and had a really wonderful experience . Breakfast was amazing and definitely hoping to come back!
