Location was excellent, with a beautiful view of Hyde Park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We greatly appreciated having our luggage stored until check in, and were provided early access which was a bonus. It would have been great if there was a microwave in the room, but not a dealbreaker. Excellent proximity to Museum Station, and only a few train stops from the airport.

Special night celebrating my 50th Birthday. The room was beautiful overlooking Hyde park comfortable large room. Great having parking access and complimentary parking for the lady that came to do my make up. Fantastic service the reception team are lovely and very accommodating.

Me and my partner stayed here whilst down from Brisbane for a small holiday. The room we stayed in was really nice and was quite large compared to most hotels. The room service menu was perfect for us and reasonably priced, we had a steak sandwich and a beef burger and enjoyed them both. Although it would be nice if the menu mentioned that the items are served with chips as we wasn’t sure and ended up ordering them as a side. We where also quiet surprised the TV didn’t have anything to allow casting from mobiles as this is usually quiet common. Overall did quiet enjoy our stay and would stay here again

We were met with a very curt reception by the front desk. Though from what I observed of other staff members this was probably an outlier. The reality to me is that this hotel is in dire need of a renovation. I used to stay at this hotel frequently around ten years ago (2014-15), it was tired then and no obvious work has been done on the place since. My room had a window that would not fully close so I could hear plenty of noise through the night, let alone the cold air coming through. There was an abundance of mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the sink had a large, poorly repaired crack through it. The carpet in the lifts was threadbare. With a serious renovation this would be a nice hotel again.

Only one rainy night to catch a concert, but my son and I loved it. Comfortable beds, a great view, and a great night's sleep instead of a long train ride home. From the really friendly arrival through the relaxing room, wonderful breakfast to the easy checkout, everything was first rate. A great decision to stay here.
