Me and my partner stayed here whilst down from Brisbane for a small holiday. The room we stayed in was really nice and was quite large compared to most hotels. The room service menu was perfect for us and reasonably priced, we had a steak sandwich and a beef burger and enjoyed them both. Although it would be nice if the menu mentioned that the items are served with chips as we wasn’t sure and ended up ordering them as a side. We where also quiet surprised the TV didn’t have anything to allow casting from mobiles as this is usually quiet common. Overall did quiet enjoy our stay and would stay here again

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my satisfaction with the experience. The location is fantastic, situated right near Hyde Park, providing easy access to the city’s attractions. The views from the hotel are impressive, offering a beautiful panorama of the park and the surrounding area. Although the hotel does not have balconies, the large windows more than make up for it, allowing plenty of natural light and great views. Parking, though charged, is very convenient and makes staying at the hotel hassle-free. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The amenities and services provided were top-notch, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sydney, whether for business or leisure. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Great location right next to a beautiful park with Anzac Shrine of Remembrance. Big comfortable room with a big bath tub. Lovely view of the city and water edge from the room. Breakfast on the second floor was good. It was a perfect place for our weekend getaway to Sydney for 2 nights.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received during my visit. The room is nice and clean - bathtub is great (very big) The view from my room is really good and the location is very quiet as well. I do not have a chance to use swimming pool, and restaurant. So I can't comment on that. You may need to find parking yourself as the cost is a bit cheaper that way :) I have reduced from 10 to 9 for 2 reasons 1. Unfortunately, Bar mentioned to be opened until late night on Sunday (if I remember correctly) I visited the hotel on Sunday and by the time I came back from city the bar was already closed (around 22:00) - I have only a night stay, so I didn't have a chance to use 4 vouchers of my welcome drink at all as I left at 10:30 the next day. (Bar open at 10:00) -- May be specify the closing time instead of late night. 2. As it is 5 stars hotel, I would think it will be a bit more to offer in term of facility. Overall, I have a really great experience. Recommended for family

Great location but our room was very tired. Aircon not working so room very cold until we were provided with a portable heater. Fixed the next day. Lighting very low and no central room lighting. Broken window lock prevented one window from being completely closed. If there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom it was undetectable. The quilt was too small for the bed. We were offered a room change but when you’ve been travelling and just unpacked the last thing you want is to pack and move again so we stayed for our two days booked. On a positive note the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.
