Absolutely beautiful! A great family resort to stay at. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, and all amenities were perfect. Kids loved the pools and the play area. The golf course was beautiful. However, as a non golfer, i would've liked it to be open for a stroll to people staying at the resort.

Had a wonderful time there. It was simply relaxing and the bonus was the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Enjoyed the spa considering the receptionist was able to book my sister and I for a back and neck massage for half an hour. I highly recommend to ge the full spa experience by booking it prior. It gets booked out pretty quick spa and golf. The children had a fabulous time swimming in the outdoor and indoor pool.

Overall it was an enjoyable weekend getaway. The ROOM: The room was large, clean and comfortable. Our room had a bar fridge, a microwave oven, a sink, and basic kitchenware for 2 people. The bathroom was huge and had a bath/shower. The room was on the third level (no lift) with a large balcony overlooking the practice green and the pro shop, which was great except for the loudspeaker used both mornings to announce the next golfers from 7am. FOOD: The buffet breakfast with bacon, eggs, sausage, beans, tomatoes, etc. was tasty, fresh, and hot, though the coffee from a machine was average. The buffet also included a range of juices, and fresh fruit with a range of fresh berries, pastries, bread, cheese, cereals, and more. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant on Saturday night. There wasn't a lot of choice on the menu but the food was of a high standard and the service was wonderful. The wait staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. FACILITIES: We played tennis which on the courts were well maintained and had a swim in both the indoor and our pools which were clean and inviting. There are deck chairs and shade if needed. We would visit this hotel resort again and would recommend it.

Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience. Accommodation was a disappointment, I had booked a two bedroom apartment for four adults (my booking was also confirmed in a phone call by a member of staff from the hotel three days prior to our arrival). However, on arrival we were given a one bedroom apartment with an interconnecting room. We were told that all of the two bedroom apartments/villas were taken. Only one of the rooms had a balcony off the living area, this balcony had a tree directly in front therefore hindering any view of the golf course. The living area only had two armchairs (for four adults), whereas the two bedroom apartments are advertised as having a living area with two armchairs and a lounge). Both bedrooms overlooked the carpark. When we made a complaint to reception we were told that they could offer us a two bedroom apartment/villa for one night but we would have to move the next day. This was unacceptable as we had plans for the next day, we had no time to hang around to move from one accommodation to the other. The issue with our accommodation had a significant impact on our stay, we expected to have a two bedroom apartment as booked and advertised/described on the hotel's website. On a brighter note we could not fault the facilities of the hotel.

Nice and relaxing stay - pool was great for the kids. Room was spacious however was run down. Shower door fell off, stove bit of rust. Ideally some room upgrades/improvements are needed. Breakfast buffet good selection except the beef sausages need replacing (tasted tough/rubbery). Looked understaffed for breakfast but credit to the friendly staffs meeting our needs.
