Rooms were nice. Food at the restaurant was beautiful. 5 star. Location is Awesome. Peaceful place to wander in. The Negatives -smokers below us, so their smoke blew into our room. So we had to keep our windows closed on a beautiful night. Our booking said we would receive a gift. Never received a gift or any mention of one. When asked we received 2 x bottles of water for the trip home. Disappointing considering it was a birthday get away, would have been nice.

Overall a decent stay. First the positives: 1. Rooms are well appointed 2. Close to city centre 3. The property has a beautiful lake with a water feature and viewing deck 4. Continental breakfast is good as well. Room for improvement: 1. Wifi keeps dropping 2. Housekeeping needs a significant improvement: a. The bed in our room was not made b. Coffee mugs in our room were not cleaned or replaced c. The cleaners took the used towels which were hanged in the bathroom and did not replace them. I had to go to the reception in the evening and ask for new ones. 3. Breakfast is by booking. Even though I had booked the breakfast for both days upon check-in, my booking was not found on the second day.

Excellent spot, beautiful food & service. The facilities are as advertised and beautiful. Would recommend to anyone. Hidden gem just 1km from the Batemans Bay city centre. The cleanest most professional hotel experience I have found in Batemans Bay.

Family room is quite spacious for 5 people. Room is pretty warm with heater on. Hot water is working well. At the back of the room, there is a pond with ducks and birds. It is a very peaceful scenery. The general vibe is pretty chill and quite too. Breakfast is continental only. The breakfast place is very cozy. Service was excellent from the reception to cleaner. They let us borrow their vacuum cleaner to clean our car :) Simply stunning! Will visit this place again whenever there is a chance.

Cannot speak to room quality. I booked through booing.com but had to cancel. Requested refund and they blamed them and then booking.com blames this motel. I wouldn't pay upfront and definitely will not book through a third party.
