The rooms feature leafy outlooks and sweeping views across Blackwattle Bay, the ANZAC Bridge and the city skyline – providing a stunning backdrop for any occasion.&nbsp;Viewings of the venue can be arranged and any specific needs or questions can be discussed prior to the booking.CATERING:The venue offers a range of flexible options to suit your catering requirements and budget, sourced from trusted local partners and suppliers.EQUIPMENT &amp; SERVICE:Selected rooms feature integrated AV facilities, including ceiling-mounted data projectors, motorised projector screens, plasma screens, teleconferencing and DVD. Venue Hire at the Woolcock Institute

The main theatre is versatile and perfect for large training sessions, dinner functions or product launches for up to 150 attendees. The room can be divided into two meeting rooms for smaller functions to provide a more intimate setting. Lecture theatre 1 holds 80 delegates and lecture theatre 2 holds 70 delegates in a theatre style. Each theatre features fully integrated AV including projector screens and plasma screens for those at the rear of the theaters. The room also features the unique Converta® Chairs/desk, which offers all delegates a table to work from. Request during booking is required.
