It has been a while that I had been here and the occasion was a birthday party, otherwise I probably wouldn't have. I remember it before it was done up and they did a really good job. Downstairs has plenty of seating and 2 bars. The area in the photo can be cut off for functions which is where the parry was at I attended. The staff were amazing. If you ever plan an event I strongly recommend to get in touch with them..nothing was too hard to ask for, communication was smooth and the evening went perfectly. The food was great too and I noticed they are fully booked for Sunday lunch so that must be good too. Definitely will be back.

My first ever steak in Australia(2014) I had at this place. Staff was nice and friendly. I hope this business is growing after covid. Keep up the good work. (My last visit was in 2021 - I would love to visit again if and whenever I come back to Australia again) ❤️

Been wanting to go to Forrester's for a while and they take the Sunday roast to a whole new level with their special large Yorkie, where all the trimmings nestle inside the Yorkshire pudding itself. The meat was tender, the vegetables were flavourful, and there was enough gravy to soak up all that Yorkie! Coupled with the warm, inviting ambiance and friendly service, Forresters offers a unique and delightful twist on the traditional Sunday roast. It’s an experience that's as comforting as it is delicious.

It was a delicious Sunday roast! The bread around it was especially soft with a gentle sweetness that paired perfectly with the roast. It was so hearty that I couldn’t finish it all, so I took the leftovers home. It ended up being enough for two meals, which made me feel like I got a great deal.

We ordered angus steak medium well done for me and my husband. My husband got a borderline medium rare to well done and I got medium rare but even if I could only eat the edges of the steak coz I do not like my meat raw and red, it was still alright. The beans and mash were delish. The mushroom sauce was savory. I enjoyed my margarita and my husband loved his beer. The ambiance was lovely and staff were friendly.
