From the Welcome at the Front Desk to the final check out, this hotel is surprising good. The room was on a high floor and facing the Sea, far enough to avoid the noise from the club and bar downstairs, had I been closer than maybe not. The pool although a little crowded, was relaxing enough, and the service at the pool was efficient. Much nicer then beach meters away. The Breakfast is almost Intercontinental Style in choice and quality, and probably the best breakfast in the Crowne Plaza chain. I thought the Breakfast, general happiness of the staff, location, amenities, and the comfortable room ticked all the boxes. Great stay.

Went there for a high tea experience. one of the very few places that provide a vegetarian high-tea option. The location was perfect. Staff was friendly. The food was good. Do try their Rose with French Vanilla Ceylon, Jasmine Green tea, and Perfect Ceylon tea if you are opting for Loose Leaf Tea from Drink Selection. The only thing they could improve on is their Vegetarian Finger Sandwiches- raw Eggplant between breads does not taste good at all but that is my personal opinion. Overall a very good experience!

We had a great stay here for the long weekend. The kids check in is a lovely touch. I love that the bathrooms have baths as it’s so much easier with kids. Love that they’ve ditched the little shampoo bottles and instead have refillable large bottles. Rooms were cleaned nicely and my daughter’s teddies were always placed beautifully on the bed each day. My daughter loved that the maids did this for her. My only request would be to add two permanent sun shades over the baby part of the pool. This would have made it easier for my baby boy to enjoy more time in the water. The kids area was a good bonus, especially the face painting which is offered during school holidays. The passport idea was wonderful too and my daughter loved being presented with a cuddly turtle for getting her passport stamped.

Never had a positive experience here, I’ve only ever been here twice , the first was when myself and my partner stayed here, the stay was okay however the decor and everything is very dated, we dined at the beach house, well we tried to , after paying for our food and waiting at our table for it, staff just forgot to deliver us our food, when I seen it sitting under the heat lamps I went up and asked, rudely I was told your buzzer died and we couldn’t find you” whilst being seated 3 metres from the ordering station. My wife at the time was 8 months pregnant so I wasn’t happy. We were refunded as our food was cold and the salad was cooked from the heat lamps. Had to seek out food elsewhere ,Fast forward 4 months and we were given a voucher for the breakfast buffet, thought it might be a nice time out for the first proper outing with our 6 week old. Breakfast was good however when we left, seated on the chairs provided we had a cleaner who was hosing the concrete completely hose us as well my baby who was inside her pram, the cleaner gave me a mouthful after he could see I wasn’t happy so my wife spoke to management, who said the cleaner said his hose broke. I was in disbelief, my wife distraught and we won’t be going back, I’ll also be recomending everyone I know to go elsewhere.

5 Out of 5 Stars I recently enjoyed a phenomenal 3-day stay at Crown Plaza Terrigal, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. The standout of my stay was Michelle from the reception team. Her exceptional service and local knowledge truly made my holiday memorable. She went above and beyond by sourcing tickets for the Brisbane Roar vs Central Coast match, recommending the best local dress shops, and guiding me to places where I could buy unique, locally-made handcrafts. The rest of the staff also deserves a shoutout for their excellent service. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises. The front desk was remarkably accommodating, promptly assisting with everything from providing plates and cutlery to offering precise directions to local attractions. Thanks to the dedicated team at Crown Plaza Terrigal, I had one of the best holidays ever. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a delightful stay is commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Terrigal.
