Outstanding Customer Care and Service. Each and every staff member we interacted with from senior to junior staff are to be highly commended on their Customer Care and Service. Our experience from arrival at check-in was both professional and welcoming. The staff at breakfast including the chef are to be highly commended for the most enjoyable food and service we have experienced. Our accommodation was excellent with beautiful spacious living area and amazing balcony. Onsite Facilites with multiple both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, nearby beach, and an outstanding 18 hole golf course which I highly enjoyed.
I highly recommended Pullman Magenta Shores Resort and I am conservative when it comes to recommending accommodation.

Staff at reception desk very nice and supportive when we arrived late Monday evening. Breakfast good. Checkout very good and the staff very helpful.
But please maintain the Villas, the condition is just outrages, paying $709 (i paid $500) for one night stay and have to fight you way thru the night sleeping in such a terrible bed, not good. To send a guy with a tool box to fix the hangers in the bathrooms will take 30 mins. To run a carpet cleaner over the floor another 2 - 3 hours. The couch in the lounge is so dirty i decided to not sit on it. Not happy at all....
It's a shame because Magenta Shores Golf Club (which I am a member of) is such an amazing place, the hotel guests arriving and staying in this particular Villa at such price will most likely have the same review.
C'mon guys, this is not brain surgery or a mission to split the atom, it is to maintain a room condition and have your guests feel comfy arriving at the door, not have a disgusted look at the floor and fight your way thru the night....

Stayed 1N so we could play the golf course. Great location. Slightly nervous after all the neg reviews but our Studio room was fine, just a bit worn. Big bed, lots of wardrobe space, room safe, iron, hairdryer, Nespresso, Kettle, Fridge. Tea, coffee & milk were a bonus. Had online work and reception gave us a Wi-Fi dongle which worked great.

Excellent customer service. The location is amazing, next to Magenta Beach. The property itself is well laid out and the villa we stayed at was very clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable but apart from that, a wonderful stay.

Where do I start !!! From the min we walked in we were greeted with welcoming smiles !! The pools were AMAZING, the bar near the pool was the best idea the kids LOVED it. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS BEAUTIFUL, I am so sorry I didn’t get their names to thank each one. We are definitely coming back. I honestly can go on with way more. Thank you to all the amazing staff members for making us all feel welcome.
The Pullman Magenta Shores Resort's Magenta III space is much the same as its neighbouring function spaces - versatile, modern, and well suited to corporate events. Well equipped with audio visual capabilities, the Magenta III space lends itself to workshops, presentations and seminars. Plus, the location is amazing - the creative juices are bound to get flowing.
The Magenta II is the second of the three spaces that make up the Magenta Ballroom. As with all three spaces, the Magenta II is modern, versatile, and best suited to corporate events. The stylish area easily hosts meetings, workshops and similar events, for groups of up to 90 seated.
The Magenta Ballroom is made up of three smaller Magenta function spaces; obviously, these smaller areas can be used individually.
The Magenta I space fits up to 120 guests standing, or 90 seated. The potential seating layouts within this function space are many and varied, suiting seminars, conferences, meetings and presentations.
This pristine outdoor area is located just outside the main resort complex and has a stunning view across the 1st and 7th Hole. Ideal for ceremonies and cocktails parties for up to 160 guests or 130 dining.
Ideal for board meetings, teleconferences or small meetings, Boardroom I can accommodate up to 35 delegates in an intimate, theatre-style or 16 delegates boardroom.
