Came here for on day with family... Staff all friendly. Great service by Alicia and Casey at the front desk, attentive, helpful and Informative. Dell was super friendly and helpful at the restaurant. ... Kids had such a great time. We stayed in the large spacious villa.. Large room, laundry, dryer, fridge... Lovely setting on balcony... Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance but looks great. Highly recommend for family that love relaxing environment with great facilities.

Our stay started off great despite a four-hour delay in getting our room (check-in was supposed to be at 12pm, but we only got the room at 4pm). The receptionist at check-in was incredibly friendly and apologetic, which made the delay more bearable. To make up for it, we received a complimentary room upgrade, free drinks, and a late check-out at 11:30am. A thoughtful handwritten card with a birthday message in the room was a lovely touch that made the experience feel special. Unfortunately, the check-out experience was the complete opposite. At 10:30am, I received a missed call so I went down to the reception. The receptionist asked us to leave the room immediately as the checked out time is at 10.30am. When I explained the arrangement made during check-in, she refused to listen, claimed there was no note in the system, and kept insisting we leave. The lack of understanding or willingness to check further was incredibly frustrating, especially while traveling with a baby. Eventually, after repeated explanations, she reluctantly “granted” us the promised 11:30am check-out but emphasized we couldn’t stay a minute later. It felt as though we were being rushed out without consideration, and the stress overshadowed what started as a positive experience. It’s frustrating that the system allows delays during check-in but demands strict adherence to check-out times. The lack of professionalism from the check-out receptionist, who wasn’t even wearing a name tag, left a bad impression. What could have been an excellent stay was soured by this unpleasant check-out experience. I hope the hotel addresses these inconsistencies in customer service.

MAINTENANCE IS NEEDED URGENTLY! This is my fifth stay in Magenta Shore Pullman. We always enjoyed staying here because it's well located, clean and quiet. But my recent stay in December 2024 was not so enjoyable. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for 5 nights. Arrived at 2pm but our villa wasn't ready until 4.30pm. Air-condition unit played up from Day 1 and eventually died on Day 4. We were given fans but it was just circulating warm air. Opened all the doors but insects kept coming in through many holes in fly screens. The dishwasher didn't clean well- we had to handwash everything again. There were tears and holes on curtains both downstairs and upstairs. Cushions on the sofa had dirt and sand all over. Blankets had several visible brown and beige stains on edges. Tried to use the Gym facility but the air odour was awful, I had to step out immediately. Lagoon pool was nice but the bar was never open during our 5 nights stay. We were frustrated and disappointed overall.

My family have been travelling to Pullman’s Magenta Shores for over a decade, even when it was Quay West Resort. My eldest of four (4) kids in ten, and many staff have watched my children grow and continue to come to us and have chats. The staff at Pullmans Magenta Shores have truly become like family to my family, and have been always around to assist with even the smallest of things. Can’t not wait to be back in 3 weeks time… Great resort, great food, great staff, great facilities and overall great company

Lovely location and wonderful staff! Backing on to the lagoon provided easy access for the kids to jump in and out of the pool which was enjoyed by all. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Only minor issue we had was with the Nespresso coffee machine (had a leak?) and we had to adjust to no locks on the bedroom doors. Apart from that buffet breakfast was a big hit and the kids loved the pancake machine! Will definitely visit again.
