I had a lovely experience here at Adina Darling Habour. Location was excellent. They provide parking onsite at a fee which was very convenient. Rooms were very clean and spacious, it had everything we needed and more. All the staff were kind and lovely with a special mention to Brooke who was very accommodating during our stay. The only advice I'd give is avoid the side facing the water on the weekends as it can get very noisy at night but in all honesty it was worth the view and private balcony! I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was adequate for our 8 night stay, but agree with many other reviews the rooms were very "tired " and in need of some maintenance. Kitchen facilities were OK and a bonus to have a washing machine and dryer but shower an issue with such a high bath to step over and no safety rail. Towels etc were changed daily. Desk staff were friendly. The location was perfect for the many Darling Harbour attractions and fabulous eateries.

We spent two nights at the hotel. The location is very good, the room is cleaned but the shower is the bathtub, it is high, not easy to get in and out, and has no hand rail. Easy to fall over. The staffs were so bad, not friendly at all, we were standing there for 10 minutes, the staff did not care and just talking to each other , not until we asked for the room keys. When we checked out, they did not even want to smile or even say goodbye to us, We have not seen any hotel services as bad as this. We will not come back to this hotel again

Great location, balcony has an airlock so rooms are VERY quiet even when it’s noisy outside. Curtains are blockout so nice and dark when sleeping. Bathroom very outdated - shower is in the bathtub so not nice getting in/out and if you’re taller than 6ft, you’ll need to crouch under the tap or else your head will be touching the ceiling.

As with many others I agree, the rooms were tired, the housekeeping on my 4 night stay was poor, I had to ask for towels , bathroom vent clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. The laundry equipment in the bathroom was adequate, however the washing machine intermittently stuck part way through a wash cycle, you couldnt leave it unattended. Housekeeping were not careful with electricals that were plugged in, a cable connector was broken , so I would advise unplugging all devices when not in your room , you wont get recompensed if it gets broken ! They may have an old replacement if youre lucky. Hotel staff were friendly however don't let them arrange your airport taxi for unlike the Adelaide Adina, the Sydney Adina booked a premium car for the airport run which was extortionate by comparison for a journey of 16mins that turned out to be triple the price ,compared to the Adelaide , 39 min transfer by 13cabs .
