Stayed three times over a few years with the most recent stay this week. The staffs are always very pleasant and unique (in good ways), and it feels nice they greet or even ask how's my stay when I bump into them in the corridor. The room is full of character and spacious. One of the big reasons why I choose QT is for their deep bath. Will come back here when I visit Sydney again.

Great location in the State Theatre, although almost missed it walking past. Great decor with the movie theatre aesthetic. Booked through luxury escapes with a bunch of upgrades and benefits. The rooms are spacious and clean, very modern. Close enough to a bunch of sights and restaurants, we walked pretty much everywhere and caught the train when needed. The bar on level 1 and restaurant on ground level were great too

Had a great time staying here - great location right in the heart of the CBD which was super convenient. Staff are all amazing from the staff at the door as you enter, to reception, to room service delivery. I had a few issues with the TV casting and the bath draining and calling reception was easy and they helped me out with no issues and were really nice. Also a cool and funky place - the reception lobby is decorated very cool, as are the rooms. Overall a fun and nice stay!

I want to give a huge thank you to Andrew at reception who went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable. After a long day, I was really looking forward to a relaxing bath. Andrew not only made sure I had the perfect room but even surprised me with a bath bomb. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care completely made my stay. He is a true credit to the hotel!

Stayed for two nights with my partner while I was having day surgery at a nearby hospital. Was very impressed with the hotel. No gimmicks or fuss. The location was perfect, and the staff were lovely. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a super cozy bed that made resting after surgery so much easier. Room service was top tier and exceeded expectations. We stayed on the 10th floor and sound proofing was great- no noise from other rooms or the streets. the Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch. the 11 am checkout time is great as well. Great range of movies on the Tv. Easy to use QR code for accessing info about the hotel, communicating with reception and ordering room service The only small feedback is that the ceiling shower head had lower water pressure than expected, and the handheld shower head couldn’t be angled downwards, which meant the floor soaked. However, this was a very minor issue and definitely wouldn’t stop me from booking here again!
