Song hotel is really value for money. The location was what was needed. (5 min walk to the museum) The room was great. Everything felt new. I had a micro queen room which didn't feel cramped and I liked the size of the bathroom/shower (I am a bigger person, and I have had problems with showers being very narrow at other hotels. But I didn't have that problem with Song hotel's bathroom) The buffet breakfast had a good selection of fresh food. There were renovations going on in other parts of the hotel, but not once was I bothered by it. The staff were lovely and handled any enquiries I had. I also liked that there was a water machine in the hotels foyer that you can use to refill water bottles. All in all a great stay and I will use Song hotel again.

My stay at the Song Hotel for 4 nights was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room service went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Special thanks to the lady who always made sure we had clean towels. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, and it offered a wide variety of options including eggs, sausage, beans, bacon, fruits, bread, and various drinks. I enjoyed breakfast every day of my stay. Additionally, I had dinner at the restaurant where we ordered a burger and pizza accompanied by wine, which was excellent. The hotel was also LGBT friendly and very welcoming. However, I wasn't aware that hotel guests receive a 10% discount, which is mentioned on the keyboard. Overall, I will definitely return when I visit again.

Hotel in a very good location. Rooms were small, but comfortable and clean. Bathroom could have a bit more space for toiletries and have a closed shower space (it only had half glass door, so, needed to be careful with water, otherwise the whole bathroom would get really wet). Breakfast was very good, continental. There was a lady, I believe her name is Anya (I'm sorry, I'm not sure) working at breakfast time and she was great. Really doing her job, getting things clean, refilled, organising tables no stop. Feels like she was proud of her job and wanted to do her best. Well done to the whole team, but specially to her. Also, there was happy hour, which was great. Thanks again for the whole team.

It is a comfortable hotel, located within a block of the Museum Train line and the Light Rail train lines, pubs and convenience stores. Check in and out was easy and friendly. Our room was neat and clean but small, if we were larger people it would of been a bit tight. Air con and heating, towels, tv everything you need for an easy couple of day stay. Hot and cold breakfast options with very attentive staff. The Bar was closed when we stayed - it would of been good to have somewhere to sit and relax at the hotel that wasn't in our room. Overall a great experience.

3 night stay.Good location. Close to Museum train station. Easy walk to light rail station. Room was comfortable but we could hear the sound of running water through pipes from other rooms. Complimentary breakfast was also a good start to the day. Would stay here again.
