I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Woolstore 1888 and would like to highlight some of the wonderful aspects of this property. The service was absolutely outstanding—every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. Their hospitality added a lot to my overall experience. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The air conditioning control in my room was not functioning properly, and I had to rely on staff assistance every time I wanted to turn it on or off. While the staff were prompt and accommodating in handling this, it is not something I expect from a hotel, and it did affect my convenience. As for the food, I would rate it above average, but there is certainly room for improvement to elevate it to the level of excellence. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic staff and service. With a few adjustments, such as addressing the air conditioning issues and refining the dining experience, this hotel could become an even better choice for travellers.

Fantastic experience staying in Hotel Woolstore 1888 Sydney Australia. The staff were friendly, warm and accommodating. our breakfast waitress Jean was delightfully gentle and gave us advice about places to visit during our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay. We explored the menu options for breakfast which were delightful. Overall a good 3 week holiday!

We stayed 2 nights in the loft room at Hotel Woolstrore 1888. The reception lobby, where the tapas restaurant is, looks incredible. Modern factory vibes going on. The room and the bathroom were clean. We regretted the absence of sheer curtains. If you don't want to be seen from the outside, you will have to close the black-out curtains. Also, the A/C is strangely noisy. The layout of the room is really the highlight of the stay, the decor is minimalist but well thought. Nice stay overall, with friendly staff. The parking was 60$ a night through the hotel.

I would like to write a special thank you to the hotel staff for a lovely stay over the weekend. Everyone was friendly and attentive. A special thankyou to Leon who assisted me with my room move and Tiffany who was very helpful the entire stay. The dinner we booked for 2 at Mister Percy's we enjoyed the tasting menu for two and requested a fish /vegetarian option. The rooms are quite unique with a flare for art and colourful walls. I especially liked the high ceilings and the themes in each room I stayed. I recommend to get the upgrade if you want space in the room and to really experience the hotel/ Thank you for the lovely gift at arrival and card it really made me feel welcome as a member.

Hotel looked great based on pictures on website. Staff were friendly and the reception area was quite nice. Room decor was quite good and bed comfy. But there carpet was tired (and a stain on it) while the bathroom was very basic compared to the pictures for a ‘deluxe’ room. Bathroom was large and clearly accessible, but sink/vanity was tiny and definitely no window to outside like the pictures. I’d rate the bathroom equivalent of a simple 3-star hotel at best. Overall was a bit disappointing and definitely not worth the room price ($500pn).
