Apparently some rental units don't include laundry services anymore. If you want ensuite laundry, you need to indicate this when book. House keeping also never replaced any of the bins or towels. Didn't have a do not disturb hanger on either. No recourse is available from management. Is what it is Sounds absurd to me. Fair warning to others in the future. In future, just won't stay here for business
BIG TREE
Room is big enough. Two TVs in the living room and bedroom. Kids enjoy watching the cartoons. There is no one cleaning up the toilets for the 3 days we stayed. The tissue box is out and we think it’s only have 1/5 left for us to use. Walking to the nearby shopping mall is easy and just 5 minutes walk.

Location is great. Close to train and shops its perfect for what we wanted. Room sevicing is a bit off. Mostly its clean but there were tissues behind the bedside table, hair ball under the bathroom basin, stains on the doona, what looks like cigarette ash on the balcony. The tissue box and most bathroom pumps were mostly empty with the hand soap the only one full. Surely this should be a check and refill between customers. Staff were friendly enough and refilled them when asked. Parking is $30 a night and rooms were ok priced. Blackout curtains were very effective.

Dear Mantra Chatswood Team (/- Fabio, Calaca, assistant manager) The promised refund never cleared (after your last correspondence) It is very disappointing to be firmly promised something, with numerous follow up calls/emails only for it never to happen. I don’t understand the apparent complexity in this other than the promised refund was never to be processed in the first place. I hope you see my disappointment here as even your last email confirms an approved refund to be processed in 4-5 days over a month ago.. this is another month after the initial 14 day promised refund confirmation email. Anyway… just wanted to bring this request to some sort of closure.

There were two of us checking in to two different rooms. A Karen came down and started saying how bad was the service. We let her go first to speak to the reception. She started making complaints after complaints without allowing time for rectification from staff. She wanted a change of room. A bloke took her upstairs to show her a new room. Me and my colleague were given our check in keys. He was on the 7th floor and i was on the 8th. We stopped at 7th floor and the Karen and the staff was there saying that the next room to see is on the eight floor and room #. I looked at my keycard and told them that is my room. The first thing the staff said was I am sorry but you need to go back down and get a new room. The room i was given is being looked at by the Karen. I was like so what if she wants to look at it the room has been given to me. She can go look at other rooms. The staff was adament and asked me to go back to reception. I went back to reception and was given another room at level nine and was told it was an upgrade ( of the floor level not the room ). My friend later told me the same Karen and the staff barged in to his room without knocking while he was on the toilet bowl. Thanks for asking me for feedback as it reminded me to write a Google Review.
