We were met with a very curt reception by the front desk. Though from what I observed of other staff members this was probably an outlier. The reality to me is that this hotel is in dire need of a renovation. I used to stay at this hotel frequently around ten years ago (2014-15), it was tired then and no obvious work has been done on the place since. My room had a window that would not fully close so I could hear plenty of noise through the night, let alone the cold air coming through. There was an abundance of mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the sink had a large, poorly repaired crack through it. The carpet in the lifts was threadbare. With a serious renovation this would be a nice hotel again.

Only one rainy night to catch a concert, but my son and I loved it. Comfortable beds, a great view, and a great night's sleep instead of a long train ride home. From the really friendly arrival through the relaxing room, wonderful breakfast to the easy checkout, everything was first rate. A great decision to stay here.

Pullman is GOLD! My husband & I were in Sydney for a 4 day LGBTQIA+ Leadership Summit & the location of this hotel to everything, the views from all sides from the room & from the elevator areas, the pool, & even the driveway looking across Hyde Park are inspiring! The rooms & bathrooms (& bath) are large, luxurious, comfy & the bed very comfortable. The staff are happy & helpful. We had such long days & ‘away from work but working’ daily stress & Pullman was amazing! Spend time reading by the pool, enjoy their bar services, feel welcomed by the classy rainbows & the luxury everywhere - we even extended our stay as we loved it so much - we’ll be back! 🙂❤️🏳️🌈🥂

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my satisfaction with the experience. The location is fantastic, situated right near Hyde Park, providing easy access to the city’s attractions. The views from the hotel are impressive, offering a beautiful panorama of the park and the surrounding area. Although the hotel does not have balconies, the large windows more than make up for it, allowing plenty of natural light and great views. Parking, though charged, is very convenient and makes staying at the hotel hassle-free. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The amenities and services provided were top-notch, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sydney, whether for business or leisure. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

I am very satisfied with the service I have received during my visit. The room is nice and clean - bathtub is great (very big) The view from my room is really good and the location is very quiet as well. I do not have a chance to use swimming pool, and restaurant. So I can't comment on that. You may need to find parking yourself as the cost is a bit cheaper that way :) I have reduced from 10 to 9 for 2 reasons 1. Unfortunately, Bar mentioned to be opened until late night on Sunday (if I remember correctly) I visited the hotel on Sunday and by the time I came back from city the bar was already closed (around 22:00) - I have only a night stay, so I didn't have a chance to use 4 vouchers of my welcome drink at all as I left at 10:30 the next day. (Bar open at 10:00) -- May be specify the closing time instead of late night. 2. As it is 5 stars hotel, I would think it will be a bit more to offer in term of facility. Overall, I have a really great experience. Recommended for family
