I really enjoyed our stay here, loved the theme and the open pool/restaurant/lobby area. Rooms were clean and decorated on-theme, beds were super comfy. Saw some negative reviews about the breakfast but it was actually quite good. Variety is smaller but it's a small hotel. Only negative aspect was they pushed this offer for a food & beverage voucher for opting out of housekeeping, with no instructions on how to redeem it and staff weren't helpful when checking out. Not a huge deal, just a bit disappointed since it was promoted a few times

Great room and location, kept very clean and amenities were nice. Check-in was nice and easy, check-in staff were informative. Please avoid this specific feature: Atura Blacktown there was a feature in which you can claim a $10 voucher if you opt out of housekeeping, we opted for this and left both door knob hangers on the front door to notify room service of this on the 1st night of the 2 night stay. We arrived at the check-out desk at 21/04/25 9:55AM to see if we can get the voucher applied, we waited until 10:12AM and were forced to self checkout as we were pretty much going to be late at this point to our next destination and received no help as the staff seemed in no rush. Once we told the lady at the desk if we could email regarding the voucher as we were kept waiting for too long, we were hit with questions, did you put the hanger on the handle, did you scan your voucher? You should’ve received it. We waited patiently at the desk to ask for help but it didn’t feel nice waiting that long with no apology of the wait followed by a series of questions since we followed the correct process, I don’t believe its standard to wait 15mins for a check out as well. Anyways we won’t follow up on the voucher, the process has already been tedious, avoid at all costs if you can because it will only be an inconvenience to yourself and the you might come across this specific staff member who didn’t seem to care about service. Otherwise the other staff were really nice and rooms looked exactly like the photos, plenty of parking as well.

Love this hotel. Has such a great feel, super quiet and staff are great. Keen to do a longer stay and check out the pool which looks amazing. Great place to stay when hitting the drive in. Breakfast was good as well could just be a bit hotter, food was on the cold side.

Great for families. Lots of amenities for both adults and kids in a nice quiet location. Not too far from the city. Rooms were very clean and the on-site restaurant serves up a great meal. Looking forward to staying here again.

Funky hotel. Family room was perfect for us. Kids loved it. Massive selection of movies for free. Shame bar fridge isn’t colder. Good pressure in shower. Pool and lobby was crazy busy with kids - Oz tag teams staying which made it quite noisy and chaotic. Gym good. Water and towels in gym are needed. Buffet breakfast was good. Again kids loved it. Good selection of food. Not good for tea drinkers. No tea pots, one teabag left. No dairy free milk. No tea spoons. No one to ask. Tiny cups. Dinner ok. Service overall disappointing. Could never find anyone when the water station was empty or wanted to order or get seated. Seemed to be only 2 staff working the whole ground floor. Reception, bar and restaurant. Perfect for drive in, raging waters, cricketer arms pub and the markets. Markets were a surprise hit. Great atmo. Bands. Pumping.
