Great place to stay. Clean , tidy and efficient Staff . Very polite and well groomed staff. Cafe downstairs was nice, clean fresh food. Clean toilets in the foyer. Easy car parking underneath . Well maintained building. Close to beach and city. Good views from balcony. Easy check in. Suite was large , clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed here on Valentine’s night and loved it! Even though we are locals from Dapto, hubby thought it would be a nice treat to just chill and have a few drinks without having to drive home. The reception staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. The bar staff were the same. Thank you so much guys!

Considering how busy it was and the limited staff that was able to work during the new years period, I think the hotel did really well considering the circumstances. The location is excellent as it’s in the more peaceful end of the beach and close to the golf club. Walking distance to beach, golf club, stadiums and town. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great hotel in the downtown of Wollongong, right near Win Stadium. And easy walk to some awesome cafes, restaurants, and bars. And they are impressive. You can walk to South Beach and Light House and into Belmore Basin. The hotel has a bar restaurant on site. The rooms are nice and the bed is super comfy. They have undercover parking, it's not free, and there is outside street and carpark also.

They were charging me for whole a bottle of wine when I was asking for a glass of wine for my partner and a beer for my self,I noticed it when I grabbed some cash from the atm i noticed it was costing me $61.00 for two drinks,I got a refund for one bottle,also they charged us twice for the room we had for two nights,so we had to go back and sort out a refund,and the breakfast basically was fruit with yogurt,no bacon and eggs they had some sandwich meat like turkey and ham. Then after eating the fruit and yogurt I was sick all day,I thought I noticed a slightly funky smell as I was eating the yogurt
