Reviews for Meat District Co.

We recently visited this restaurant with our family, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. First, the beer we ordered tasted off, so we brought it to the attention of the staff. A manager came to our table, and while he initially seemed willing to help, his actions were very unprofessional. When he returned with a replacement taste of a different beer, he simply threw it on the table without a word and left. This behavior was not only rude but completely unacceptable. He didn’t wait to see if the beer was satisfactory, and when we tried to call him back, he ignored us. Even when we asked for jug of water for the kid, we had to wait a long time and repeatedly call for assistance before a staff member eventually brought it. The restaurant was quiet and not busy, with plenty of staff available, yet the service was appalling. On top of all this, the food was undercooked. We informed the manager, but once again, our concerns were ignored. The overall experience with the manager and the service team was awful. We wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others based on how poorly we were treated, even on a quiet night.

The food was fine and had decent flavor. The hot dog is more like a sausage but did taste good. The pork ribs were dry and seemed oven baked and coated in bbq sauce rather than actual barbeque. We ordered more drinks half way through our meal and they were forgotten about until we asked one of the servers.

Food was amazing everything we ordered was fresh tasted delicious and worth the money. As soon as we walked in the door the aroma of the food hit us and we knew it was going to be good. Location is beautiful even on a cloudy day it was still a nice spot to have dinner and relax. Only possible negative was sitting near a service door but other than that we would definitely come here again

Front of house, First impressions last!!! Reservations were made in advance. This establishment has great food & view to match. Nestled right on Sydney’s Darling harbour this joint is highly recommended. @meatdisctrictco Thank you 👌

The place is packed with people, but we still managed to get a big table on the ground floor. We are a group of 10 people that having a family and friends gathering. We ordered several burgers, steaks and some drinks. There is kangaroo steak, crocodile burgers and other menu that we tried. Overall taste is under our expectations. The food taste bland, not well marinated and some is overcooked.
