Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and personable and remembered me by name. Concierge very helpful. Room was nice - love the design and so many places on the railings to hang things! Great waterfront proximity and a few steps to a view of Sydney Opera House. Bathroom sink design was a bit weird, one of those things that look pretty but not very comfortable to use - the bowl-on-the-table design pops kind of high on the counter, and the faucet goes a bit low, making the experience a bit awkward. That's the only thing where the design could be more comfortable. Everything else was really good.

Had a fantastic stay at Pier One Sydney. The location is unbeatable. You're only ever a short walk from the city's best spots, yet the hotel still feels tucked away and peaceful. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Eugene at concierge, who truly stood out with exceptional service and local recommendations. One of the highlights was enjoying drinks while watching the sunset over the harbour... an absolute must-do if you're staying here. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!

I really enjoyed staying at this small hotel with great views from my room of the harbor. I always enjoy staying at autograph collection hotels, and this one was another great hotel to choose. The staff are all very friendly and they did a great job of meeting to my needs. This is a great location because you’re a quick walk under the bridge or into the rocks, which is the best part of Sydney and it’s away from the high-rises and the immediate downtown crush. The food was great as well. I would only encourage them to go seed oil Free so everything is healthy. Overall great hotel. Thank you for the great cakes to celebrate the birthday.

The perfect place to have the wedding of our dreams!. We had the most amazing experience working with Alejandra as our wedding coordinator! She was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating throughout the entire process. From last-minute changes to making sure our dog Kobe was included and cared for on our big day, she truly went above and beyond. Alejandra was very reassuring as well, which we really needed especially towards the last few days - it was comforting to know someone else had also put a lot of thought into catching things we had overlooked! A huge thank you as well to Candace, who was the first person we dealt with at Pier One – she was so patient and flexible with all of our unusual requests and worked closely with us to get us the venue we wanted with a package that suited both our needs and our budget. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help bring our special day together!

This hotel is an amazing place to go to if you want to be able to see the harbour bridge and other cool views in Sydney. The food is amazing and the speed of service is incredible. They help you take all your bags up to your room and they are really kind. The rooms were also great and they were very clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect. I would definitely recommend that you go to this hotel. If I could give 6 or 7 starts I would.
