I LOVE this hotel! My top 3 favourite things about this place is 1. the staff, they are the most friendly group of people! 2. The beds!!! The room we had had the comfiest beds! 3. The buffet breakfast! So many different options as far as waffles, to dumplings! This isn’t even to mention the location, the easy parking, flexible hours and the size of the rooms. One of my favourite hotels.

Overall it was good but there's a few things to note. I couldn't find the staircase and it felt silly holding people up on the lift to go level 2 to level 3. The pool had mixed distances online some places saying 10m others 15m. After swimming for a while the lights turned off during a lap and it was very dark (seems dangerous). Room thermostat doesn't work as I think it's centrally controlled. Treadmills need a service they are loud and not smooth. Otherwise it's a great hotel, nice location and spacious room. Someone else mentioned slow WiFi but it was fast for me 4k YouTube no issues.

We spent a night in this amazing hotel! Cannot stress enough how amazing it is The room is cozy, we've got upgraded to a corner room, staying away from the street, which I really appreciated, shout out to Keanu - the young gentleman at front desk for your generosity Ordered some room service for our dinner as outside was super cold. It was delivered super quick by a lovely young lady with a bright smile, her name, as I remember correctly, is Anita! Amazing service! Breakfast was spectacular with a wide range of food. The staff were very helpful and showed me how to use the juicer. Love it when I can create my own juice! Barista coffee is divine!! Left the hotel with a smile. Thank you Rydges team for making our staycation very memorable

From arrival to check out, the service was A+, even just for a nights' stay. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and you can tell they've been trained right. Special mention to Manan (I believe he was the manager on shift), awesome bloke who was incredibly kind and informative. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a great spread of food at incredible value. Highly recommend for a city stay.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I got a discounted rate so can't comment on the normal rates. Very clean and modern room with everything I needed except the complimentary tea and coffee that's in every other hotel. I'm sure they would've provided some if I asked, but I didn't bother. The king bed was so big I could hardly see the other side. And the room was plenty big enough to fit it. As you'd expect from a classy hotel, there was also good information in the room about the local area, if you were a tourist. I didn't try the room service nor have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I got a corner room with a balcony as an upgrade, which was a great bonus. There wasn't much of a view from the balcony, but it was very spacious, with a table and chairs. It would've been a great way to get some air if my stay was longer. Very convenient location in central Sydney. Near everything you could need. I'd love to stay here again.
