This should have been a 5 star review as the location, staff and rooms are great. However, checking in and out takes at least 30-45mins each and they fully withdraw a $500 deposit from your card (not on hold) and then take two weeks to return it. My deposit was missing $40 which forces someone to go through a loop of unnecessary admin work to chase even though I tripple checked everything with front desk before checking out. This made my experience very poor and unfortunately dampened a great stay.

Best thing about the hotel was the sauna. It works very well and is kept clean with lots of towels. The rooms were quite spacious had cooking facilities decent size fridge with laundry facilities in the room which was a nice addition. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

I recently attended my friend’s birthday celebration on the rooftop of this hotel, and it was an absolutely amazing evening! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring we had a great time. The food was delicious, and the beautifully decorated photo booth added a fun touch to the night. The birthday decorations were stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere to celebrate with wonderful friends. The overall experience was truly unforgettable, and I can’t thank the team enough for making this night so special. Highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion!

I recently stayed at The Branksome with a friend on our long weekend. Despite a few minor issues, the overall stay was pleasant. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was nice, well priced, and very filling. The facilities such as the pool and sauna were very good, and unlike most hotels, they also have a gym with 24/7 access. The Plane Watchers Bar on Level 7 was very appealing too, and was nice to watch planes coming in for landing and take off. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Recently stayed at the Branksome hotel for one night. My wife booked the Branksome primarily for the proximity to the airport as we were due to fly out of Sydney the following day. I was pleasantly surprised by everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was pleasant and room was spacious, contemporary, clean and including a kitchenette which would have been convenient had we stayed longer. I think the biggest surprise though was the dining experiences at the hotel restaurant. We had 3 exceptional meals there (lunch, dinner and breakfast) and had considered dining elsewhere but were thankful we decided to stay and dine in house.
