When arriving we were unaware of the need of a credit card to be used and we were unable to check in. We were contacted by the hotel manager a few days later who went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We later stayed in the hotel, the room was incredible, great amenities and helpful friendly staff. Great location for the airport. Swimming pool was a great addition. Would definitely stay here again.

The Branksome hotel & Residences is a modern apartment style hotel within walking distance from the domestic terminals. There is permanent residence and Hotel residents here. The rooms are a reasonable size, and they have a fridge, a washing machine, a dryer, and oven, hot plates, crockery and cutlery and a microwave. There is a small table and chairs and a small sofa which was stained. The bed is reasonably comfortable and there is an LCD TV with free to air channels. The bathroom is small but provides a wash basin toilet and a shower with a handheld rose and the water pressure is reasonable but could be better. The hotel is handy if you have domestic or international flights and they do provide a shuttle service for $10 a person. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or staying here again

The Branksome Hotel is an excellent spot for relaxation and unwinding. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the restaurant offers great value for money. The breakfast, in particular, is both delicious and satisfying. However, it's important to note that the hotel is located near the airport, so occasional noise from passing planes might be heard. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for comfort and quality.

Very good quality rooms, comfortable bedding, in room washer and dryer, spacious room and decent bathroom with kitchenette. Indoor pool and fitness room with decent lobby. Breakfast area and staff was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a study room for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! Having two bathrooms was very convenient, allowing everyone to use them whenever needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the large bathroom offered ample space, making it feel relaxing and enjoyable. The mattress in the bedroom is medium hard firm, which is suitable for most guests; however, you can also request a mattress topper and lower pillows for added comfort.
