We checked in 27th September. We were greeted with a big beautiful smile and a really fantastic attitude š later, my husband asked for another bath robe and the same lady happily bought it up to our room! We loved our stay due to the atmosphere of the obviously happy staff morale. Thank you to that lady who made us feel very welcome. We will be coming back!

Short stay recently. good location and parking. Front counter staff helpful and friendly. Rooms look refurbished, quiet and good light blackout. Lifts are a little slower, perhaps due to some work going on so one lift out of action Rooms cleaned well and comfy bed.

Decent location surrounded by plenty of good food options (Bhintuna House right in front is 1000% a must try dine in!!!!). Has EV charging in the basement, but be aware that the $40/day parking is non-reserved, so you could end up paying for it but not get to use the parking if it is full . We got the parking cost refunded but had to be troubled with talking to the staff and finding parking elsewhere with limited EV charging nearby. Keep this in mind if you plan to use the hotel car park. Otherwise everything else was fine.

I came to stay with a friend quite recently for an event that was occurring and my anxiety was making me unsure about the hotel as I don't travel as much. BUT I am happy to say the Hotel and its staff and services exceeded my expectations and then some. The Room: The Room itself was spacious, well fitted with various necessities and had room service too. The shower water pressure was fantastic which I appreciate a lot. The Staff: The staff did their best to ensure the safety but also satisfaction of the attendees and they were all so friendly and helpful. Especially for someone like me on the Spectrum who is nervous and shy, I greatly appreciated and enjoyed conversing with the staff. The Food: I admittedly did not eat too much Hotel food outside of the breakfast buffet only because I wanted to try the nearby restaurants. The breakfast food was very varied, fresh and cooked well. I loved the egg station! I would go again in a heartbeat, thank you all for making my stay so amazing. š¤š¤

We stayed here with family and honestly, I would rather book a cheaper motel next time. Negatives: Lift wait times: Waiting for lifts took around 15 minutes. With young kids, it was easier (though exhausting) to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Parking: Very congested parking bays. Getting out is tricky, especially with a bigger car. One small mistake and you risk scratches. Staff attitude: Felt rude and unwelcoming. No warm greeting, no āthank youā at checkout. Even motels and premium hotels manage this basic courtesy. Room amenities: No microwave or toaster. When asked, they gave excuses about āfire risk.ā But i dont understand that If the restaurant on the first floor isnāt a risk, then why are basic appliances . I think microwave or bread toaster should be available atleast And yes they charge for daily parking as well separately. 40 bucks or something.First time i experienced this though I have vacationed at multiple hotels motels in Australia, New Zealand etc Overall atmosphere: Didnāt feel guest-friendly. Positives: Good location. Cleaning staff were polite. Rooms were clean ā but thatās the minimum expectation for the price. Overall: Not worth the price. The service and amenities donāt match the cost or the Park Royal brand name.
