Where do we start. We received very good customer service and price. The entire hotel needs a complete overhaul. Rooms are not clean or presented anywhere close to expectations. Noisy air-conditioning units in central courtyard providing a very unwanted constant background noise. Air-conditioning in room wouldn't operate in bedroom and living area at the same time...you had to choose either. Kitchen and appliances worn and unclean. Bedding was ok. We could go on and on. Just have a serious external sourced audit and start making desperately needed improvements.

Honest Review: The only good thing about this hotel is its location near the metro station. Other than that, everything else was disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and uninterested. I stayed for 8 nights, and they only offered to clean the room once. Even after I requested cleaning twice, no one came. They kept delaying until the very end of my stay. The duvet/blanket had visible stains, which was unacceptable and made me question the hygiene standards of the hotel. Also, the washing machine and dryer provided were extremely old and outdated, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to do laundry. If cleanliness, basic service, and functioning facilities matter to you, I strongly suggest reconsidering before booking this place. ⸻

Very handy location. 2-5mins walk to all amenities like resturants, shopping malls, supermarkets, buses n train stations etc. It's in the middle of the hub yet quiet. Internet access is not that great within Mantra itself! One has to re connect with details every time one gets out of the premises even with auto reconnect or refresh every so often without even leaving the room.

The first room was dirty and not cleaned properly. The second room had dirty towels. The worst Mantra I have stayed in it was between Christmas and new year and it looked like they could not cope and we're short staffed. There was also no towels for the pool or gym. You had to use your room towel and then go to reception to get a fresh one. Seems Jasper is busy saying sorry to everyone, but we keep booking as we all trust accor

Apparently some rental units don't include laundry services anymore. If you want ensuite laundry, you need to indicate this when book. House keeping also never replaced any of the bins or towels. Didn't have a do not disturb hanger on either. No recourse is available from management. Is what it is Sounds absurd to me. Fair warning to others in the future. In future, just won't stay here for business
