Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel...the room great for us,a family of 4. 2 double beds,small sofa,tv and the bathroom is a good size. Cleaned everyday. Every staff we meet and spoke to were very polite and helpful.....especially Ricardo. Breakfast,had a good choice for all the family and plenty of everything. The hotel is right next to the train station.....getting around Sydney was easy.

They were very hospitable. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the kids welcome activity kit. They also helped us celebrate our 10yr anniversary even more special with a surprise champagne sent to our room. Absolutely loved our stay and King’s Cross Station is right downstairs so it was very convenient.

An affordable stay in a great location with quite literally the most friendly and helpful staff I've encountered in my last 2 years of traveling. The staff went above and beyond for the duration of my stay. Clean, great views, more bang for your buck, and free ice cream for kids. You can't go wrong here.

This location is perfect when using the train system. We stayed here for 6 nights, and the room was always very clean, and the service was great. The breakfast was very well prepared each morning. Lots of choices. The room furnishings being a little dated was the only negative. But the bed was comfortable and the view of Sydney downtown was very nice.

Enjoyed the stay at Holiday Inn Potts Point. Conveniently located next to KIngs Cross Train station( as if it is attached to the hotel). With the station so close, commute to any part of Sydney is a breeze. Great customer service by the ladies at the reception(Would have named them but sorry cant remember their names). The staff at restaurant were also great. Service with a smile especially Gessica who was coordinating breakfast was providing an exceptional service. Spaces and tidy rooms and well kept for the age of the hotel. Close to Martins place and Pitts street shopping mall. Easy access to airport( Both domestic and international) with a train change at Central. Highly recommend this property.
