Formally Railz on Regent, the pub underwent a transformation during the first half of 2014 and re-emerged as The Regent Redfern. Located on the corner of Regent and Redfern Streets, The Regent Redfern (get it?) boasts beautiful views from the balcony of the stylish two storey complex.&nbsp;Neon lights mark the entrance to the lower level Sports bar, while the bistro lounge and deck area is complete with a pool table and jukebox for that American diner feel.Meals are set at a friendly price with great seating options for groups of all shapes and sizes. Happy hour runs every week day from 4-6pm, with all the classic favourites on tap. The Regent Redfern also offers&nbsp;catering for small private lunch or dinner events, large parties and corporate functions for up to 150 people.&nbsp;The Regent Redfern is very easily accessible by bus as well as a short walk from Redfern Train station, located at 56 Regent Street, Redfern.

I came up here for dinner on the way home. I'm sitting here thinking wow, nice lounge seat with nice view of the street... Thinking, I might start coming more often (been for dinner here a few times)... Then this chicken snitzel burger comes out... absolutely WORST without doubt burger I have ever experienced.  The chicken is like rubber shoe sole. It folds like rubber shoe sole!!!! Look at it!!! omg so bad I feel like vomitting the more I look at it. I've never thought chicken could be this bad... I tried to eat it but half way through, it's horrid!.. Something is wrong here with the snitzel.  Worst snitzel burger ever.  Owner PLEASE!!.. Come here and tell me you would eat this small snitzel, gross, tssteless rubber chicken burger🥵

Great place for a casual drink with mates. Excellent atmosphere and gaming room

Good location close to station. Pool table on 1st floor with restaurant. $16 Chicken burger not bad. $6.50 New beers. Busy little bottle shop. Nice street view. Locals pub.
