Stayed here with my daughter for a surprise trip. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Beds were comfortable, and the staff were lovely. I'm not a person who stays in expensive/flashy hotels just to sleep in. What's the point? If a good, well priced, comfortable hotel close to everything is all you need to get a good night's rest then this is the perfect hotel. We will definitely be back if we come back to Sydney

Photos are outdated, don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms on their website. Hotel is old and really needs to be refreshed. Our room was filthy, grime and dust all throughout. With food stains all over oven and kitchen. We called receptionist who sent cleaners in to reclean, but didn’t make a difference. For the amount of money it costs to stay, it’s definitely NOT worth it. Never again

Great location, reasonably priced, a little tired. The premier apartment comes a large living room, master bedroom with ensuite, a separate bedroom, bathroom toilet, laundry. The master bedroom did not seem to have ANY power points. I want to say the apartment was clean, I think it was, but when we came home late at night, the apartment had a strong smell of sewer. It seemed to come from the laundry. Once we closed the laundry door (thankfully it had one) the smell seemed to subside. The AC also seemed to help. Beds were comfortable and large. Large built-in wardrobes. Edit: responded promptly to my comment. Another ⭐ for service for this and another ⭐ from my wife for the service at reception.

Couldn't fault these apartments. Had everything we needed & the service was friendly & efficient. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was nice & big, very comfortable beds, a main bathroom & an ensuite. A large kitchen, laundry facilities & a nice sized balcony. Walking distance to town hall station where you can catch trains or the light rail & there are many restaurants, convenience stores & entertainment venues close by. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it highly.

Would I stay here again? I'm not so sure. It's a great location but there's loads of hotels in the area. This place needs to step up its game. Pros: Location and friendly staff Cons: - one of our rooms had the view of a brick wall! (Over $200 a night for a dark dingy room with that view) - Freezing cold swimming pool! - the lift takes for ever so allow 5-10mins for that. - cleaner took our key card - 1 chair and no table in 1 of our rooms - only 1 cup or 1 utensil for a room of 2 people. - no idea how the room passes health and safety checks when the sprinkler and light are above the kitchen cupboard. So as you can see. Far more cons than pros.
