We are so pleased we hosted our wedding reception at The Tea Room QVB. Carol, Arabella, Akshay and all the staff took so much care to make our reception so wonderful. Communication throughout the planning was so easy and efficient. Carol and Arabella made us feel so at ease to ask any question or share any idea and they were so kind and so accommodating. Our guests were stunned by the beauty of the venue and very much enjoyed the delicious food! Hosting our wedding at The Tea Room QVB made wedding planning so easy and our wedding day so magical! Thank you for everything.

We chose The Tea Room for our wedding reception and the whole experience was beyond our expectations! As we only had a small number of guests, they were able to fit us in with their 50 people minimum. We were also looking for a place with food options that we would enjoy, the menu here was so versatile, especially for people who have dietary requirements. The food was tasted so beautiful, particularly the pork entrée, the salmon/steak/chicken mains, and the creme Brulé dessert, the servings were also a decent size, we were all so full. They also provided a wedding coordinator (we had a lovely lady named Arabella) which made planning the layout and timing so easy, especially when we had no idea of what to expect or what we wanted. The service on the night was amazing, you could always find someone when you needed something, and they were happy to help. As for the venue itself, it was simply stunning, the chandeliers are gorgeous, the room is spacious without feeling empty despite our minimal size. The tea and dessert were enjoyable, but the service was mediocre. There was a fly buzzing around my sandwich, and when I pointed it out to the waitress, she simply said she didn't know how it got there since there were no open windows. Unfortunately, she did not take any action to address the issue, which really ruined my appetite. Additionally, the tea cup was not properly cleaned; it had tea stains on it. With a little more effort, those marks shouldn’t have been there. Overall, it was a nice afternoon tea in a lovely location at the Queen Victoria Building.

We had the most beautiful amazing night at the Tea room. It’s our wedding reception. During the planning process, Arabella provided extraordinary support to us. She always replied so promptly. Sometimes I sent out adjustments and inquiries at night. When I checked my phone at 9am in the next morning, she has already replied. She is so well organized and coordinated with all the suppliers for loading. Akshire (sorry I don’t know how to spell his name) was so helpful during the reception. He saved two cocktails and brought us lots of food because my husband said he’s hungry. We will definitely come back to enjoy the high tea.

The most perfect venue for our wedding! We had so many compliments on how delicious the food was from all our guests and the room was just beautiful - no need to add much styling! It was surprisingly a great price compared to other venues for how genuinely spectacular it looked and how luxurious it felt. Not to mention the QVB building - we loved all our photos and walking the building during the reception, it felt so special. Arabella and Carol were so easy to work with in the lead up and along with Akshay on the night, they made our wedding so absolutely perfect. Thank all of you so much! If you're considering the Tea Rooms for your wedding, we highly recommend.
