Can't fault anything. Ideal location, clean well equipped rooms, wonderful staff. Easy check-in and check out. Convenient parking next door. Great buffet breakfast.

Fantastic location but didn't like 1 bedroom apartment that we were in. The air con was in the living room and there should be another on the actual room. The cleanliness of the place wasn't that great either. There was no minibar in the room but was told that we need to ask the reception for those items yet they charged $50 deposit? Housekeeping was the same...had to ask the reception. Breakfast was quite average.

Very strict with the 2PM check in. We went there 2 hours ahead of time with our toddler. I asked for early check in but it’s nit available. 2PM came but room not yet available. Very early check out, 10AM. Very good location but I will think it over if I will still comeback. I think there are far better service apts that offer the best customer service unlike this one.

Overall this is a great play to stay. The room was very well appointed with a kitchenette with everything you needed to prepare a meal. The room was clean and well presented. Front desk service was excellent. The actual hotel is in a great position. Close to Town Hall station as well as the light rail. Darling Harbour is a short 5 min walk away.

excellent location, short walk to Darling Harbour as well as to shopping malls. we stayed for one night in a studio and seven nights in one bedroom apartment. One bedroom is clean and spacious with all amenities. Housekeeping did service whenever we requested. Early check-in and late check-out by helpful reception crew. Front office crew including Will and Candella were excellent .
