Located at Darling Harbour with stunning view of harbour. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Breakfast is awesome with plenty of options to enjoy. Light rail is accessible right at the door step. Just a short walk away from plenty of dining and shopping sites. The only negative is a bit dated washrooms and low pressure of shower. Great service from Juliette at reception, as well as restaurant and housekeeping staff. The hotel was booked out for 2 nights because of Cold Play concerts but that didn't affect the quality service. Had a problem with room fridge and that was quickly attended to. The Deep Nature bathroom products were amazing. Hotel was in a great location. So nice being able to arrive by ferry which was a 10 min walk away from the hotel. (Train from airport to Circular Quay then ferry to Pyrmont Bay Wharf.) Enjoyed the special Saturday fireworks from our room facing Darling Harbour and swimming in the hotel pool. Should have gone to Happy Hour but wasn't around at the time. Will stay there again.

Stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Room with Queen Bed. While the room was comfortable, it felt slightly dated, and the view was limited to the Sofitel Hotel across the street. The bathroom featured a tub but lacked handheld showers, which was inconvenient. Accessing the hotel via the light rail required navigating a car park and unavoidable stairs, making it challenging with heavy luggage. Overall, the stay was adequate but left mixed impressions.

We spent Saturday night at the Novotel, which has a fantastic location for enjoying the nightlife at Darling Harbour, including Saturday night fireworks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel is family-friendly as well, with a movie night planned for our stay. The restaurant offers a stunning view of the harbour, and it’s just a short walk to nearby dining options. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only drawbacks were that the room felt a bit dated and the shower pressure could be improved. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Perfectly situated on Darling Harbour, with easy access via the light rail station right at the doorstep. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff, from reception to the F&B team, were exceptional. Their friendliness and helpfulness made my stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the service was prompt and attentive. The Novotel Darling Harbour is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Sydney. Its prime location, combined with excellent service and amenities, makes it a highly recommended option.
