A wonderful and relaxing weekend away with friends! Staff were very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very impressed by Barretts restaurant for brekkie, dinner and cocktails. The pool area is modern and beautifully landscaped. Great location on a quiet beach and 5min drive to The Entrance. Hope to return soon.

Stayed here for our anniversary and the staff were friendly and the executive suite was clean and well looked after with great views. We received a bottle of champagne and strawberry chocolates which was very kind and they went the extra mile to make us feel special.

Just a one night stay on our way home from Queensland. Room was large and clean with a balcony that looked into the car park. We found the balcony glass sliding door to be not secure as could easily be lifted and opened from outside when in locked position. The road noise also was a factor in the two star rating I have given. Our main negative was having to pay an extra $15 to park in the car park even though we were paying guests of the establishment?? The boom gate to the car park had issues so was left up for a few hours making the car park open to all so not sure what the $15 fee to guests was for. All in all a bed for the night on our travels and like most guests the shopping centre was in walking distance so we could by water instead of paying the inflated price of a bottled water in the mini bar.

Great location and nice facilities on site. However, the rooms are tired and in need of an update. Service was good, we were initially given a room on ground floor and were able to be moved to a room on the first floor easily. This was much appreciated so we could enjoy the balcony and view over the marina.

One of the nicest hotel in Australia, I must say. This place provides the vibe of a hotel by name and place. I mean some place called itself Hotel but once you were there, it's just a motel. Room is clean and spacious. Staff at the reception and bar are friendly and welcoming. Garden view room provides a nice view where you can see the water as well as beautiful garden. Sails Port Mac is a place to remember and return...
