I went along for an organised tour as we are interested in hiring a room for some business meetings. Well it was all put together so professionally and the spaces are so amazing that we are looking to hold an event there too. The views from balconies or deck areas for each space are just amazing - look at the photos - and my contact there Liana is wonderful. It has all the bones to be pretentious but definitely isnât. I want to spend all my days there đ

Great function hall. Just need to improve for the dietary needs from customers. The kitchen should be able to accommodate alternative food that matches with customers allergies etc. Location is just infront of The Star Casino. Good customer service from waitresses

We had our company 25 year anniversary here recently. Fantastic location on the harbour and a really great venue. We were very impressed with the staff and our food and drink on the night, the staff were very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The let down for myself was the management we dealt with before the event. Liam the head of marketing was very good to deal with prior to the night, he said he would be there on the night and make sure everything was perfect, I saw him about an hour before our event started, he was with a customer giving them a tour so he didnât notice myself which was ok as he was busy. Didnât see him again on the night and we have had ZERO follow up from him after the event, pretty disappointing, I guess he just sells and forgets. Also our event organiser fro Doltone House, Emily, who worked from home , was at times very hard to communicate with and somewhat dismissive of us, just not impressed with the late comebacks and us having to chase her up a number of times. Overall a great venue but lacking in their top management.

Went to the Annual Mates in Construction lunch for its 10-year celebration. It was absolutely flawless, from the food to the entertainment. 10 out of 10 for service. The food was amazing, staff were great as well always smiling, the organisers of this event should be really proud. I've been to a lot of lunches for charity and work related things, and this was 1 of the best by far. Thank you for a great event
