I highly recommend this hotel for families. From cleanliness to excellent staff, transportation facilities, and amenities for children, everything is top-notch. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. You won’t find any shortcomings here. My stay was exceptional, and I will choose this hotel again in the future. My children were very happy, especially with the comfortable beds. Overall, it’s an excellent choice.

Fabulous hotel with great location. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very comfortable. The happy hour went for two hours which was great and we sat on the balcony enjoying the evening prior to the MJ Show. Easy walk to the Star for the show. The only gripe was paying an extra $70 for Darling Harbour view but being on level three was pretty average. The swimming pool was great too .

Rooms very well appointed, Hot water can only be best described as warm, handbasin didn't hold water, Some maintenance is overdue. it's pretty quiet, but if you want an easy walk to Darling Harbour for dinner be prepared for a bit of a walk as most of the restaurants are across the other side. A lot of development in front of the building, looking like any veiw will be built out before long.

The service from staff was spectacular, breakfast excellent. The room itself definitely didn't reflect the 4.5 star rating. The grout in the bathrooms was discoloured and mouldy looking and there were poorly patched holes in the walls. Great location, nice and close to the harbour and the ICC.

Review of Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour: A Great Stay with a View Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour is a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers, thanks to its prime location just a short walk from the International Convention Centre (ICC). Access is incredibly convenient—simply walk down the ramp, navigate through the parking lot, and cross the tram tracks. The hotel offers lovely views of the harbor, although it’s worth noting that a construction crane currently looms in the distance. Despite this, the scenery remains enjoyable, especially when relaxing in your room. Upon entering the lobby on the second floor, you're greeted by an expansive space that combines work, relaxation, and a café-style restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it an excellent spot to unwind or catch up on work. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and chatty, adding a personal touch to your stay. The rooms maintain the standard comfort associated with Novotel, featuring plenty of space and a modern design that doesn’t feel dated. I particularly appreciated the bathroom, which includes a bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Plus, the hotel is committed to sustainability, with many biodegradable amenities in the room. Breakfast at the hotel is impressive, offering a wide selection of options, including Chinese porridge, which adds a nice touch for those craving something different. Overall, I had a great stay at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour and enjoyed a restful sleep. For the value for money, this hotel is definitely worth considering, particularly for its location, amenities, and friendly service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney!
