Located at 3 Lime Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 (On the King Street Wharf in Barangaroo's I have been here a couple of times now. The last time was a bit of a disappointment. I did have a great time, I was with a few friends and it was nice to catch up. I just felt like we were being pushed out the door because we were not ordering main meals. We were having appetisers and drinks. The waitress was not overly friendly and just kept asking if we wanted anything else. We just wanted to sit and catch up. It took away from the pleasure of being out. It was a weekend and very crowded but we were paying customers. We weren’t just taking up room and not purchasing anything. Otherwise, the other times I have been here have been very enjoyable. Food is always delicious 😋 and the staff are ordinarily friendly and attentive. Just this lad time has stopped me from going back. This is why I am only giving it 3 stars. It’s located right on King Street Wharf and is very Eas to get to by Ferry ⛴️, train 🚊 and buses 🚌 aren’t far away either. It has beautiful views over the water, looking across towards the Maritime Museum. It’s a short stroll up to the casino and in the opposite direction you have Cockle Bay Wharf. It really is in a stunning location. If you’re going on a weekend, expect it to be busy and noisy, you can’t get around that. It’s extremely popular.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jess tonight at Bungalow 8, and I can honestly say she was amazing! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and provided exceptional service throughout the evening. Jess has a remarkable ability to make guests feel welcome and valued. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were never empty and that we had everything we needed for a fantastic dining experience. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on! The ambiance at Bungalow 8 was already great, but Jess’s energy and positivity truly elevated the entire evening. It’s clear that she is passionate about her work, and it made our night all the more enjoyable. Thank you, Jess, for a wonderful experience! I highly recommend visiting Bungalow 8 and asking for her – you won’t be disappointed!

We had a function/reunion for approx 130 people upstairs and we could not fault anything. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hot and cold canapés were all delicious and plenty for everyone. The space is super comfortable with a stunning view. Everyone that attended had the best day and we can’t wait to arrange the next reunion next year. :))))

I had an amazing time at the newly revamped Bungalow 8! From the moment I arrived, Shania at the door made me feel so welcome with her friendly and professional attitude. The new venue has a fresh, modern vibe with fantastic decor that really adds to the experience. Inside, the atmosphere was lively, the drinks were on point, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. Whether you’re there for a casual night out or a special occasion, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend checking out the new look!
