One of the best hotels in Sydney. We were greeted by Dianne at the reception when we checked in and she was very lovely. The rooms and views are absolutely fantastic. We booked the room with the view of harbour bridge, Luna park, and the opera house. We were also welcomed with some sparkling wine. Couldn't ask for more. We visited here in 2017, this year, and would definitely come back again. (Not a huge deal but I found the position of the toilet paper holder a bit funny as it was very low😂would be great if they could fix that!)

Had an absolutely lovely stay. My husband and I were both surprised that this isn’t more highly rated. The rooms were modern and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room overlooked the harbor, which has a fantastic view of the sunset. The location is ideal for a first trip to Sydney - very close to shops / restaurants in the Rocks and a short walk to Circular Quay where you can pick up ferries and trains/light rail. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us - fresh fruit, rotating hot breakfast options, and eggs plus coffee/tea to order. All of the staff were kind and courteous. Our waitress, Ana, was a delight and had several wonderful recommendations of activities during our stay. It’s the personal touches like this that really make a difference in the quality of your experience!
