While the location was very nice and the room was decent there was a number of issues. - Online check-in at 1pm was booked. When we arrived we were told that the room wouldn't be ready till around 3pm. Makes it a little hard with a tired baby. - No cot available as requested. Room service arrived at one point to make up the sofa bed, assuming this is their idea of a cot, to which I asked if he could come back in 20 minutes as my wife was breastfeeding on said couch. Room service never returned. - At one point there was a knock on the door, as I got up to go see who it was there was a person already making his way inside the room thinking the room was empty. This was not room service but appeared to be a supervisor or manager. - For dinner I ordered the steak off their online menu to which the waitress has obviously misunderstood and brought out another beef dish. The good: - The food here is on point. The wagyu burger is better than that of a specialty burger places. - The slow cooked beef was also amazing. Albeit small in size and expensive for what was on the plate. - Cocktails were also well done - The coffee is also decent for Sydney standards. In summary, we would come here again to dine but not so much to stay.

Loved it. The room was so quiet, generous bathroom with a rain shower, comfy bed (the best pillows ever). And unlike many hotels, the controls for things like temperature and TV were super easy to use. Don't get caught out by the stuff on top of the mini bar, the coffee is free, but other things are not, and it is not obvious. The staff were superb - friendly and polite, very helpful. They all deserve a raise. The location, especially if you are from out of town, is TDF. The Harbour bridge is right there as you step out the door. Circular Quay, Museum of Contemporary Art and the Opera House are just a 10 to 20 min walk depending on how often you stop to look at stuff. Thank you for a great time there.

I had my gender reveal here over the weekend and I honestly cannot fault this place. It is breathtaking. The views, the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the room was 10/10. The person who served me at checkout, Ismail, had a personalised note and fruit platter delivered to the room which I found so sweet. When I was calling for some help before we came to check in, we thought we were going to have a bad experience, as emails weren’t being answered and staff were not aware of answers to any of our questions, but we were SO surprised to have such a smooth visit. We will 100% be back again, the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. The only one thing I can fault though, is the breakfast buffet, extremely minimal food options - they could do better with that.

Had a great stay here. Everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. The bar was a great place to grab a drink and a snack. Had the prawns one afternoon and was not disappointed. Great location if you would like to walk around and explore Sydney. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Sydney

Very thoughtful touches in the room. Only complaint on the room is the bathroom doors, which we found a little awkward. Otherwise, the location was perfect, and the hotel has an amazing gym and delicious restaurant. It's right on the bay, with huge doors that welcome the outside in. Ample seating in the lobby and along the water. We walked to many great restaurants and the Opera house. Really loved our stay. Definitely recommend.
