The room was extremely outdated, especially considering the high price. It lacked basic amenities, with minimal items provided—no mini bar, snacks, or even water. Furthermore, I called reception to request an extra blanket for our kids, but all they could offer was a heater. We ended up giving our blanket to the kids for the sofa bed and had to sleep without one ourselves. Very disappointing experience. I'm not sure how this place is 4 stars.

Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel...the room great for us,a family of 4. 2 double beds,small sofa,tv and the bathroom is a good size. Cleaned everyday. Every staff we meet and spoke to were very polite and helpful.....especially Ricardo. Breakfast,had a good choice for all the family and plenty of everything. The hotel is right next to the train station.....getting around Sydney was easy.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had an after wedding lunch at Siroccos restaurant. The hotel and rooms were excellent and staff went out of there way to make us welcome and looked after, James was the perfect host and helped us work out the things we needed. Our lunch for 30 guests at Siroccos was amazing, Lucy organised the seafood buffet where there were plentiful king prawns, oysters, snapper and an array of other dishes including masses of pastry and deserts that fed the whole party from midday till 4pm and the drinks package made sure everyone had plenty of whatever drink they needed, it was an absolute 5+ star event. Special mentions to Gessica who gave us her undivided attention and looked after our every need and ensured we needed to do nothing for the afternoon other than enjoy the food and drinks and the company of our family and friends. A shout out to Richard from the kitchen as well. Five stars are not enough to describe our experience, it really goes down as the very best ever.

They were very hospitable. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the kids welcome activity kit. They also helped us celebrate our 10yr anniversary even more special with a surprise champagne sent to our room. Absolutely loved our stay and King’s Cross Station is right downstairs so it was very convenient.

An affordable stay in a great location with quite literally the most friendly and helpful staff I've encountered in my last 2 years of traveling. The staff went above and beyond for the duration of my stay. Clean, great views, more bang for your buck, and free ice cream for kids. You can't go wrong here.
